I looked hard to find the right box for my longer, narrower cakes and this is it. I used this one to carry a small xmas cake to my daughter who lives 100 miles from me and she was equally impressed. The box is strong and well made; the fastenings are positive and give confidence that my creations are not going to end up on the floor. The top cover provides enough room for deeper cakes. Over all, I am very satisfied with this cake keeper and would recommend it as a good buy if you need this type of keeper/carry box.

Just what I needed to keep my husbands favourite fruit loaf fresh. I have been looking for something suitable for some time. This came on a shopping channel but, as always, I checked the Amazon site and found the same thing slightly cheaper, so thanks.

Absolutely perfect size, perfect to store my log cake in. Will stay fresh and decorations will keep in perfect condition. So glad I found this over a paper box. Highly recommend it’s great quality for price.

A little larger than I expected but a great cake cake none the less. A standard 2lb loaf fits with plenary of spare room. I like how the bottom can be used either way for deeper cakes. Great quality.

My wife has retired and has become the new Nigella Lawson of cakes. This cake box works perfectly for her ginger tray bake. The only problem was that the cake didn't last very long as we ate it!

Robust, well made and of the highest quality, this item will not disappoint, as it does exactly what is promised. Loaf cakes stay moist and fresh, provided they are allowed to last that long.

This is to replace old biscuit container that I used for cakes. It's much bigger and reason for 4 stars is I find it difficult to undo but that's my problem with arthritic fingers.

Arrived very quickly. I bought two of these party boxes to keep cakes/sandwiches fresh, they certainly do their job, they have very sturdy closures on them too. Very impressed

Great carrier for a loaf -very sturdy with carry handle and secure clips. Bought as a birthday gift for someone and I.made a 2lb carrot cake loaf to go.in it. Now I want one.

Found that it keeps my baked items fresh for a week. Cavity just a little too small for a baked small loaf, but I bought it for storing baked cakes. So well satisfied.

A really useful thing. The bottom can be used both ways to either contain cakes or as a plate for a loaf type cake. I now want some more in different shapes and sizes.

I regularly make loaf cakes in a 2lb tin. This box is ideal for storing them and making sure they remain fresh. It’s a good size, great design and super quality.

Strong constuction with plenty of room for a high cake or many sausage rolls or similar. Only disadvanmtage is it takes up a lot of room .
