This has got to be one of, if not, THE best foundation I have ever used.I've got a drawer full of foundations!!, so I do think I know what I'm talking about with regard to foundations, although I appreciate some girls like other finishes than this one gives (medium to full). Some of my foundations are also from really top quality brands, Chanel, YSL, etc., promising a miracle in skin finish. Well....I've found they don't produce any miracles on me!!, so I was absolutely delighted to have found this Flawless Finish Sponge on foundation in this earlier issue (in the BLACK container - the newer version is in the GOLD container). I think this BLACK container is the best one,

I love this foundation. The packaging is classy (an outer gold and silver coloured box) and the case is equally impressive with it’s gold and silver scheme again, mirror inside the lid and lower compartment for the sponge. Some reviewers have stated they got a different case but in May 2018 that the gold and silver case in the product page was the one I received. It sounds a lot but it’s actually very compact. The product itself is good - decent coverage and long lasting. The colour I got was “Honey Beige” which is pretty spot on for my skin - I could perhaps have taken it a touch darker. They advise you to wet the sponge slightly before apply and I can recommend this as it goes on especially well.

This is one of the best cream foundations I've tried. I've used this with and without a primer. As you can imagine, it's better with a primer but still really good without.It blends very well so there are no hard edges, even when you rush. It does cover well. It's covered a broken vein on my cheek that's usually very resistant to any foundation or concealer.On application you think it's going to be quite a greasy make up but it sets well alone or with powder to a matte finish. The sponge applicator works fine for me dry but you can dampen for a sheerer finish and there are air holes in the bottom of the sponge case to dry it out after use.I dislike the packaging.

Nice compact, I have dropped it a couple of times and it is still intact!! Small thing but it is a nightmare when make compact hinges give in before the makeup runs out!Easy to apply, goes on well and gives a nice, fairly moderate coverage. I have not tried it with a damp sponge which is supposed to give a heavier coverage as the standard is just fine for me. It does not crease or end up lodge in the fine lines or wrinkles on your face by the end of the day, which has been one reason why I have not bothered with these compact foundations in the past.Used over the Elizabeth Arden primer, these creates a truly flawless finish. I like it.

This makeup comes in a nice gold box that certainly looks expensive on first glance and opens to reveal a good size square compact mirror on a hinge that helps the box stand up so you can position it to see in the mirror without using hands.The foundation itself sits in a large square tray in the middle and this itself lifts to reveal a nice sized square sponge applicator. So far, so good.The Honey Beige colour gives a nice warm glow without feeling too un-natural. It's easy to apply, turning to more of a matt colour but with a slight shine, probably from the 'micronized diamonds' which are supposed to reflect the light.

You apply it using a sponge and there are many skin shades in the range to match just about everyone.It has micro diamond material in it which helps reflect light and make the skin more radiant, this works well. Only a tiny amount is needed to make skin look firmer and younger with great colour.Overall.A popular and easy to use makeup that does make skin look firmer with better colour.

I have used Elizabeth Arden's Flawless Finish for many years and just love it. Being pale skinned I have found it perfect for blending with my skin tone. The beauty of this foundation is that one really needs very little to look good and it lasts throughout the day until I remove it with a little baby cream or make-up remover. I am in my mid seventies now and still get kind remarks about my complexion which one is never to old to enjoy genuine compliments. I have over the years, as one does, tried other foundation makeup but non have ever lived up to Flawless Finish, I still love it!

I loved the presentation of this cream foundation. It's in a stunning gold clasp box and just has the feel of something a bit special. The product itself is indeed an excellent one. I found this very easy to apply giving a nice even coverage while feeling very light and soft. I worried about cakey-ness and it settling into lines around my nose and eyes. I needn't have and I loved the complexion it gave me. If any complaint I'd say this shade was just a little too pale. I guess that's personal though and overall this is a gorgeous product well worth investing in.

Superb, creamy makeup that goes on smoothly and is easy to blend with powder or cream blusher. It does not cake on the skin (important when you have wrinkles, as I have) and stays looking fresh for several hours. It is light and easy to remove. It is very neat and easy to pop into a handbag or makeup bag without adding much bulk or weight. The very soft sponge stores under the tray containing the makeup, and as the container is quite small overall, you don't get a lot of the cream so its quite expensive, but does do an excellent job.

This is a lovely luxurious face cream. It comes in a beautiful gold compact case with internal mirror and the sponge is included underneath the cream in a clever aerated space. It looks and feels opulent. The cream is a good shade for my skin and it glides on beautifully. It covers evenly, you can add layers if you want more coverage and it lasts well through out the day. As its a cream it seems to hydrate the skin and it doesn't go cakey and dry as the day progresses. A great product from Elizabeth Arden

I wasn't too keen on the smell, reminded me a bit of something my mother would wear, but the finish is nice and smooth and flawless and blends easily. The compact is lovely and looks very classy, but not sure that is necessary as it is not the kind of thing you are likely to bring out at a party for touch ups, The product seems to be quite long lasting on the skin. Took quite a bit of cleansing to remove.

Excellent service, arrived promptly & was well packaged. I was worried that the mirror may be cracked etc from sending by post but it wasn't. Can't get this colour in any of the shops anymore so I will be stocking up as this foundation is one of the best. It has a good coverage and is a very natural colour. I have used EA FF for over 15 years & have tried many others which simply do not compare.

Flawless in every way. This makeup is a dream to apply and leaves my skin looking radiant. It really is far superior to similar products: I’ve been a fan of no7, borjour etc but none of them hit the mark as this does. The colour is beautiful but for darker/paler skin, there is a range of colours. The packaging is lovely: eye catching and looks enticing in your make up collection

This is my 4th one of these so they must be good! I also bought one for my friend's birthday and she loved it too! It has a nice consistency which means it glides on well (TIP: wet the sponge first for a sheer look) and it sort of sets well and lasts throughout the day. I would truly recommend this sponge on cream and no doubt I will be back for more myself! Five stars!

Never used before, have used other more expensive foundations over the years with varying results, however using this for first time I like it I am older skin drier than it used to be and this feels good on my skin without over drying or leaving it greasy. Nice colour for me too. As soon as I put it on I liked it which is unusual for me with makeup.
