Smells really nice - it consists of lot of natural ingredients. I bought it as a gel to help to heal the inflammation and to keep the joints warm. As I was not swimming or running in cold conditions I probably haven't tested it in its warming capabilities. But it fit very well my expectations.

I'm quite impressed - it manages to warm the muscles without smelling as though a cat has visitied.... Seriously it seems to work very well on this old ref's legs - if it can get my legs working without problem it's GOOD

I was sceptical but when I started using it, everything makes sense now. Really doing what it states. Warm up your muscles before training, giving you the extra time to reach the level of readiness sooner !

Good service and good product.It is easy to apply and not to hot but it does warm up muscles to avoid aches and pain after exercise .☺
