I use this all the time, and I absolutely love it. You can tell there's cinnamon in the lip plumping side, which I personally don't mind, as its natural and I know what's gone into it. I'd much rather buy this than other products which half the chemicals in it, I've never heard of before. The primer is brilliant, it makes my lipstick last all day, just be careful not to out too much on, and you won't get a layer that resembles very light concealer. I couldn't recommend this product enough! A must buy for everyone who wants plumper lips, and primer in one! I have very thin lips so definitely saw a difference using this. Fab! ++++

I've never bought elf lipstick before and to buy on line i thought this will be a lesson learned however I loved it! I particularly liked the size of it as large enough to last a while but compact considering there are two lipsticks in there! I've since bought the wow brow now this stuff is amazing. it makes your eye brows look like they've been hd browed/laminated, i absolutely love this stuff as i have sparse eyebrows it thickens them with the microscopic fibre in it.

The primer/plumper arrived quickly. The plumper stick came out of its housing, but I was able to push it back in and it seems to be staying put. Primer is amazing! Plumper doesn't seem to do anything except make my lips feel prickly. I would prefer to buy the primer alone in a larger format where the stick is more firmly attached to the holder.

Primer doesn't really do anything, but the plumper really seems to work. I noticed a difference after a couple of uses, plus it's a gorgeous cinnamon smell, and it doesn't tingle for long. Was posted super fast, got it within 2 days of ordering. Only four stars because I think the Primer part is useless.

I love this product! I bought it at the same time as a lip exfoliator and when I use that first you really can feel your lips feeling fuller and more conditioned! One of the best lip plumpers I've bought! There is a strong smell but I think it's a nice smell and you can't really smell it when it's on!

I have a lot of blue in my lips which tends to turn some lipsticks, pink ones especially, a dirty colour. This is ideal for blotting out my own lip colour completely. This size is ideal for keeping in my makeup bag, but a bigger sized one would be nice.

4 stars for good delivery and food packaging. Unfortunately the actual product is tiny, and the lip plumper all but burnt my lips. Good concealer though. I like Elf products and will continue to buy them. This was just a little disappointing.

It really does make your lips plump up. VERY strong smelling. I use in the bath after I've brushed my lips and let it settle for a bit. It tingles and then I put a balm on after and yeah, my lips were a bit fuller.

Really good product until I dropped it on the floor, will be buying another one! However I recommend putting a layer or Vaseline or some sort of Chapstick on before the primer because it is quite dry.

Had a small mishap with the shipping, not the sellers fault so 5 stars. Product works as expected, definitely to be paired with another lipstick. Compact and can fit in a bag, everything you'd expect

E.l.f. Studio lip primer plumper. Is a great product. It goes on smooth no bad taste. It gives your lips a natural plump look. It last all day. it's none sting. Great taste. I buy it again. Love it

Love this!! The primer is great. The plumper does plump and you feel it, it really has a strong smell of cinnamon which I thought would bother me as I hate the smell. But it's actually really nice!

Love this primer mekes your lipstick more longwearing, the plumper is fantastic and moistens the lips so you can avoid getting dry lips even when wearing matte lipstick.Its a winner!

I have tried so many lip primers some more expensive than others but this one one of the cheapest is without doubt the best I’ve used. It actually works. Elf is a brilliant brand.

It smells amazing, when you first put it on it tingles slightly and you notice some difference to your lips. I wasn't expecting huge lips but it does give them a slight plumping.
