My Dyson DC04 had lost suction, I completely stripped it, washed the filter and done everything I thought of to fix it, I called Dyson to see if they still serviced them, they did, but it was the best part of £100 for a visit and their "discounted" price on a new model was the same as Amazon or John Lewis so after a bit more troubleshooting I thought the issue could be the internal hose, bought this one, fitted it in two minutes and I was back to having a working Dyson.I've repaired a previous dyson with a little help from youtube and google, it's pretty easy even if you suck at DIY type stuff so it's worth giving it a try before you replace it or arrange for an engineers visit.

Fine - brought my vacuum cleaner back into operation. Say what you like about Dyson, they support their products for a VERY long time. Any many of the parts are interchangeable. I won't buy anything else.

Made a massive difference to the performance of the Dyson. Despite appearing to be ok, I read in a forum that replacing this part can make a huge difference to brush pickup and happily it did.

Easy to fit. On the dyson, pull off hard plastic end of old hose, then unscrew other end of hose. And reverse to fit the new one. Like new, sucks like goodun.

works well, could do with attactment on both ends. so I ended up purchasing 2 to canabalise.

Pipe was good to replace the pipe on my dyson 07 and Hoover works well
