This is by far the best moisturiser I have ever used, after wasting time trying out and testing other moisturisers. The texture is not too thick, it absorbs well and locks in moisture and best of all, it's not greasy. The smell is heavenly and leaves a light lovely scent. I used it religiously on my tummy throughout both my pregnancies and continued using it after having my children. Because it locks in the moisture so well, I believe this is the reason why I have no stretchmarks at all. I did try other overrrated "coconut oil" moisturisers but they're oily and made my skin itchy. Recently I found out that a pharmacy chain has stopped selling these. Unbelievable.

I bought a tub of this Dove cream whilst in Tenerife in December from a local supermarket. I used it every day for my ten week stay. I absolutely love it. For reasons I cannot fathom I could not purchase a replacement here in the UK from outlets such as Boots, Super Drug etc., and so have just bought 2 tubs via Amazon. It is rich and nourishing and absorbs easily - leaving my skin soft and silky. When I am halfway down my second tub I shall order more. I have paid silly money for body cream in the past which have been nowhere near as good as this.

This is the best cream ever and if Dove stop producing it, they want their brains tested and I shall be very upset. I am pleased I can still get it through Amazon as I can't get it locally any more, so I suspect it is being phased out in favour of a new cream packaged in a similar tub, but with a beige or mauve lid. These are NOT the same and are far too smelly and greaser. The reason why body silk is so lovely is its very slight fragrance and soothing, non greasy cream. It is good for eczma and itchy skin and dry skin. It is a lovely product.

Love this body cream, have used it for years. It's light and I adore the beautiful smell. The best product Dove has ever made and I don't understand why all the High Street retailers had suddenly stopped selling this, so I buy 3 at a time from Amazon. My sister from Greece smelt it on me once and since she has always ordered it from Amazon. Please Dove don't stop producing this product, beautiful nourishment and a smell that is fresh, noticeable and has a gorgeous scent. Love it !

Dove did a bad move by ceasing production of this cream. It was the BEST cream on the market - from reading the reviews, apparently others think so as well...I hope Dove reads this. The replacement cream for this is tacky, sticky and doesn't smell as nice. Such a shame and missed opportunity for them. I , along with other cult followers of this cream, luckily can still buy it on Amazon. Thanks you!!

My favourite body cream for years now. This is excellent stuff: smells lovely, the texture is smooth so that it applies easily (not sticky, not oily), it absorbs into and hydrates the skin. I also love that it's in a pot: no hassle of trying to squeeze some out of a tube while your hands are covered in cream, and you can use all of it until the very last drop.

Please dont ever stop selling this really great cream! I know a lot of shops like boots and superdrug have stopped selling it and i really dont know why. I use this cream for my acute exzema and its the best one ive ever used, ive tried other big brands like aveeno and E45, but they are definitely not a match on dove silky, for me anyway.

Having problems getting this in local stores so bought two pots, I suspect Dove has rebranded this product as all I can find is a similar pot with a purple Dove logo not blue so I will continue to buy online.Its a brilliant rich Body Cream.

Love this as not greasy and smells fresh and clean. Always feel smooth and moisturised when using this. And can be used on face as sinks right in and no grease. Been using this for years, won't change or try anything else.

I love This cream. I mix it with some other body creams and my body is absolutely soft after applying that. Dove face soap is also amazing. Everyone constantly asks me about my skin and I have been using it for ages

This seems to be the only place we can now buy this product, Dove have either stopped produceing it for sale here or shops have stopped stocking it.My wife finds it the only product of this type she can use.

I have used many options and creams ,but this one is just amazing.. i can see the difference 2 days time..This fabulous product helped me with dryness of my skin..I recommended this to my colleagues.

I have used all the dove items. This nourishment body cream, is exactly as it is described. NO mess, light on the skin and leaves the skin feeling smooth.
