Arrived quickly, package was intact and product looked good and well made, unfortunately that's as good as it gets!After charging for approximately 30 minutes the charge port overheated, I was concerned about this but kept the unit connected for 3hrs. I disconnected from the charger and tried to turn on but nothing happened!I checked the battery was connected correctly, reconnected to the charger lead and again the port became quite hot after a short period of time. I tried switching on whilst charging but still the unit would not switch on!Very disappointed with this product, I have reported to the manufacturer and Amazon and requested a refund which is in the process.
