I simply bought this game because it's a horror game and I had rather low expectations. When I played this game I was facing a fascinating storyline, an entertaining gameplay and distorted enemies who can only come from the most twisted, creative minds. The only negative point that I can perceive is the lack of character backgrounds (however it's rather logical since they suffer from amnesia). The most impressive feature is how gripping the element of fear can be. I am a big fan of horror but no horror movie has made me taste fear, the fear produced from horror games in general doesn't last long as they are only screamers but Death Mark is the only horror game that has a lasting horror effect.

So received this today & not exactly how I expected it to be. Though it's not in a bad way, it makes a complete change to the other games that I play to be honest. It's more of a novel story that's played in texts across the screen, & when it does actually involve 'moving' it's really restrictive in how you move, only using the direction pad to move forward, back, left, right, up stairs, down stairs, - its not free where you are walking around, which I think is a shame as this would be an advantage for this game, still as a novel, but being able to explore & investigate freely as a character, rather than how you have to with the direction pad . At first I thought all the text & story & multiple choice only was going to be boring,

This is one of the little vitas best horror titles, be warned it plays like a typical point and click adventure horror game but with plenty of twists and turns to keep you on edge. I wont spoil any story elements as its best played without prior knowledge its worth a visit if you love the underloved ps vita.

Great game so far, I haven't finished it yet but the art style is really cool and the story is really interesting. If you're not into visual novels, this game probably isn't for you as there is a lot of reading involved. But you should definitely give it a go because it's really fun!
