I really enjoyed this, made a change from all the fast paced FPS games I've being playing lately.It's third person, camera angles for the most part work well (even in buildings - has trouble with grass/trees though), graphics are excellent and fit the game well.Controls are a bit fiddly but you soon get used to it.The game play is excellent, very challenging even on normal level (not sure if I will ever try the hard levels). You have to plan you moves like chess. For instance you have to get into a room so you can get the officers uniform but the guard on the door stops you because you are not an officer. So you have to eliminate that guard.Not so easy as the area is being patrolled by a guard who is hostile and the are a number of other guards patrolling the area so you have to work out how to make the gap so you can eliminate the guard blocking you.The satisfaction you get when you progress through a mission and complete it is fantastic as there are always things to make it more complicated.There is a lot of replay value and you can choose different weapons and to be more ruthless than steathly in some missions. You can also replay any completed mission again.A word to the wise save and quicksave are your best friends. It is advisable for you to have multiple saves so you can always go back to an earlier point and try a variance that might be better.How you play each mission affects an overall rating when completed but this is pointless. It doesn't affect how you progress (as far as I can tell) through the following missions and you cannot review it again unless you do a save at the end of the mission so you can restore back and run through again.I would recommend this to anyone who wants more of a challenge, time and patience.

Played on windows vista64.After looking on youtube for some footage of this game, it looked pretty decent. Now i have my own copy, i can confirm, it is far better than decent, its great!The best way to describe this game overall, would be that its a WW2 version of the Agent 47 Hitman game series. But it also feels like some other mixture of games too, like the origional Hidden & Dangerous and Commandos games.Anyway, you play as a Soviet spy. The story plays out from a flash back style, with your character being questioned(in cut scenes) after the end of WW2 by a Soviet intelliegence officer. Druing which, we then take over and do these missions.Playing from a 3rd person perspective,the missions vary from Assasinations, intelligence gathering, rescues and blowing up strategic objectives etc. You have the choice of how to approach the missions (as long as you achive the given objectives), but for most part it will be stealth. Your enemies have a cone of line of sight(shown on map) to avoid, and they can hear if you make too much noise. However, You can steal uniforms from enemies(that didnt die messy), and blend in with the lower ranks. But some wont be fooled.Weapon types include, silenced pistol, grenades, dynamite, mines, SMG , Sniper rifles & knives(close combat and throwing) etc. Vehicles can be driven where available.On the down side, there are bugs in the game, which are slightly annoying, but wont ruin your enjoyment totaly. To be fair, i have seen mainstream game titles that have been unplayable, and this is good as games go, vanilla wise.Bottom line, its a fantastic stealth game, and at such amazing value, you will think its practically stealing.

Loved this game. It was a real surprise. Bit of a 3rd person stealth sneaker a la Hitman, with elements of Just Cause. No great production values, but the emphasis is on fun and boy, do they get that spot on.Not had so much fun with a lower cost game for many a year.Cannot recommend this enough.
