This battery is expensive but you get what you pay for. It is the real thing, Canon, and works well time after time in all temperatures, even driving snow. Will happily buy more when I can afford it. Do not skimp on the camera battery it will let you down if you do not buy the best and when you rely on it for your work you need the best. Recommended.

Didn't want to risk buying a heavy duty non canon so was delighted with how long this battery lasts!
