Genuine Canon battery pack with longer life than smaller battery packs. However it is also larger (longer) which, when fitted to my G30, extends beyond the length of the viewfinder and so makes the overall rig longer. Still happy with the produce.

Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Nice to see it arrive inside the genuine Canon packaging. Currently charging - so assuming it holds its charge (no reason to doubt that) - happy days. Good price - great service by Amazon!
