I have tried all sorts of concealers including Touche eclat which is the doyenne of this kind of product. I have always saught an alternative as it was so expensive and have used many cheaper from other companies, all of which performed better than the original and at half the price. I have only had this one a day or two and am very pleased with it. It is a much dryer concealer, not as creamy as others and I found this slighly off putting as I have a dry skin and this made my face feel slightly taut when used. It needs to be patted in, not rubbed as in others. I have sun spots from too many years sunbathing in my youth and this covered them well. This particular shade I was testing was a little dark for my skin,

This concealer is packaged in lipstick style , making it a compact and handy size for your purse, and it's purpose isn't obvious. This is great to carry around and its size and packaging make it ideal for this purpose.Application is smooth, but powdery, but you can add it quickly. Several applications are necessary to cover dark rings around the eyes, but it will cover almost anything. A nice alternative to a brush application, it is more convenient to smooth it over your skin with your finger. The beige is suited to darker skin, so choose a lighter colour if you have a naturally pale colouring.It doesn't feel sticky but it feels refreshing and smooth on skin.

This is a creamy concealer. You get good amount of 3.5 g. I received colour, number 10, Ivory, which is a pale pinky-peachy 'flesh' tone and ideal for fair skin. There is no tan, orange or yellow undertones to it.Liquid concealers with the sponge applicators give lighter coverage than sticks and are less obtrusive. Since this is a denser, cream pigment, you will never get a completely unobtrusive look, but I find this to be effective for disguising under eye shadows and broken capillaries without looking too obvious or heavy. Incidentally, don't apply straight from the stick – apply with a brush or dab and dot on your index finger *only* where you need to disguise.It goes on smoothly and lasts well.

This is the first time I have used this type of concealer. I normally go for Touché Éclat which is as everyone knows the cream de la cream of concealers, or is it? This is an impressive concealer at a third of the price I would normally pay.A stick concealer that hides my dark circles under my eyes and really did give my eyes a pep up. It made my puffiness far less noticeable too. So easy to apply with a silky consistency and blended into my skin perfectly. I found this concealer long lasting, I applied first thing in the morning and was still evident in the evening, I was going to give this four stars but on reflection it is worthy of five as it is a really good concealer at a fantastic

This is a really good quality stick concealer which would be a great consistency for covering up spots and imperfections on the faceThe consistency is smooth and creamy but also sticks to the skin really well. It'd be great for covering spots because it doesn't budge and will keep redness at bay all dayIt has a very good coverage for a budget concealer and will cover a variety of blemishes.The stick form is very convenient for taking on the go and being able to touch up with.It is creamy enough to be used under the eyes by my dry the area up throughout the day as it does become drier with wear.A great one for any one who is looking for an affordable and reliable concealer

This concealer is smoth and creamy, and easy to apply. I'm not sure why it is lipstick-shaped - I think a rounded end would be preferable - but no matter. It does the job, is fragrance-free and long-lasting. I have an operation scar on my face, and it conceals this very well. However, I defy any concealer to hid those dark rings under the eyes completely. I don't think mine are any worse than anyone else's, but nothing I've tried really does the job. This one does it partly, but the rings are still there, if fainter.However, this is a nice product, if a little on the expensive side. Recommended.

From Ed's wife: This is brilliant. I tested the ivory shade and it is great on my skin tone (vanilla) - I think it is a very warm ivory. The lipstick format is easy to use and the texture of the concealer is great - not liquid, but slightly waxy feeling on the fingertips. I am amazed at how well it blurs and conceals my lines - at 40+ this is a product everyone needs! I have a significant 'frown line' across my forehead, and this makes it disappear - magic! At around a fiver this will be a regular in my makeup kit going forward. Love this brand!

This is a concealer that is presented lipstick-fashion in a twist up tube. Coverage is fine although I found it better to apply by brush as that allows for greater precision than the stick to skin direct method.Beige is a fairly dark colour and looks orange on my skin, even though it looks lighter in the tube. It is possible to blend it so that it is less obvious but I couldn’t use this without covering with foundation. I would suggest going a shade lighter than you normally would.

This is a very well presented concealer which works like a lipstick. The actual concealer has a lovely creamy texture and goes onto the skin smoothly. It has good concealing properties that last for many hours. Unfortunately this Golden Beige shade is a little dark for my compexion - although I am sure I will be able to use it when I have a tan next summer....I would definitely buy one in a more suitable shade.

I used this the minute it arrived. It is a really smart and substantial case. It is easy to apply. It has great coverage on the unwanted blemishes. Then can be blurred into the skin an honesty the spots, dark marks or bags have gone. 5 hours later my skin looks blemish free. I am really pleased with results and strongly recommend this concealer, its not the cheapest but certainly one of the best.

This concealer is better than I expected, it’s creamy and easy to blend. It can highlight dryness so a thorough exfoliation really helps in getting a better result. My daughter wears this on its own without any foundation or finishing powder. She gets a very natural look, just by covering any problem areas. I plan to repurchase this, the shade works well on our post winter pale skin.

I have pale skin with reddish tones and i normally use a fair or nude foundation. Whilst this was advertised as a beige, this is perfect for my skin.It is shaped like a lipstick tube and you dot on and blend in with fingertips.It gives great coverage, doesn't pill or look cakey, blends seamlessly into the skin, and will last for ages.Another top quality product from Bourjois.

Love love love love this concealer. It’s the perfect match for my under eye dark circles. Blends very easily. And it looks natural when under light powder. I have been keeping mine in the fridge tho. It’s gone a little soft from being in my bag. But that isn’t a problem . As I use mine for under eye it’s lovely and cooling.Great value for money as a little goes a long way.
