This is a great hybrid between a running vest and a backpack. There are a lot of details that make packing and using the pack extremely comfortable - clearly a lot of thought and design iterations went into its production. The only negative side lies probably with the hydration options: the front pockets are designed for Black Diamond's soft flasks and fit several other manufacturer's poorly. The internal "hydration pack" compartment also doesn't fit larger bags properly, especially those beyond 2L with a larger opening (e.g. Platypus' bags). If you need loads of water with you best to check before buying.
