Superb ball head bought it to go with a 500mm f4 and monopod its a great match. this head wont dissapoint you can get cheaper but this is top quality

Really solid piece of kit. Smooth in action and the pre-tensioner is perfect to stop gear just flopping over when releasing the main dial
