Feels absolutly solid. Love the extra pull and twist on quick release to save camera slide, main knob for ball head is big and chunky. Pano is smooth. Compared to my previous Gilloto this locks solid. Friction grip adjust works well and once set feels fine. No drooping here even on full frame with heavy f2.8 24-70mm pointing at angle. Very pleased so far. Locks sweet onto my non Benro L bracket, very tight with no movement. Will update if any issues or probs. Defo superb so far.

Never used Benro products before until I bought this after seeing it on my friend's tripod. I've been using this now for just under a year and I simply love it. The mechanism is of a quality build and I know will last for years.I can see myself buying more Benro products very soon.

I ordered this item midday Friday arrived virtually 24hrs the next day.Bought to go with my Benro Mach 3 tripod. Excellent product very well made and for the cost better than more expensive alternatives. I highly recommend Benro tripods and ballheads.

This is a solid piece of quality engineering! The weight reflects this, but unless you’re carrying it a long way it won’t matter. It copes with my EOS 5D M&K iv plus a 600mm zoom, and is solid as a rock

Fantastic head, it is light and handles my big lenses no proplem. Handles are great to use and don’t slip in the cold mornings or the sea.
