I bought the 2kg and 5kg for physio exercises for my shoulders, with the intention of using them for other benefits also. Highly versatile piece of kit, that's actually quite fun to use, feeling more like a game than exercise, and comes with a pretty good exercise chart to get you started.Good grip from the balls, even when you hands get sweaty. Very well balanced and out of the box, provides a decent enough bounce - though I did wonder at first (you just need to put enough effort into it to provide very pleasing results).I decided to pay the extra over the other balls available on amazon for a brand I trust, and I have zero regrets. And they were delivered within 3 days from placing order,

After deciding should i get rubber/leather i am very happy i settled with the 7kg rubber ball. I ordered on a Sat and it arrived on Tues the following week, very good delivery time. I got started with it the next day and i just couldn't stop. This ball is excellent for 'explosive power' i,e ball slams, and this is mainly due to its good weight and good grip while also providing a good bounce. The size of my 7kg is about roughly the size of a full size Basket Ball. I don't think I'll be using the chart that comes with it as it doesn't have any 'explosive exercises'. BBE is a well known brand so i knew what sort of quality to expect. Very good quality,no complaints.

I was looking for a medicine ball for quite a while and am gald I didn't go for one of the cheap ones. I bought a 3kg and 6kg BBE and they have been perfect for my 'home gym'. The wallchart that comes with them gives excellent ideas for additional exercises as well. I was toying between these and the handled ones for a while, but am glad I went for these.

This product was delivered very quickly, as promised by Amazon. Other reviewers have commented that these medicine balls have a very strong smell to them; they are right, they are pretty stinky! However don't let the smell put you off - they are good, very easy to grip med. balls which do the job well.

I bought the 5kg ball. Its really nice quality ball and is great to grip, even when it gets a little wet. Its the first "hard type" Medicine ball i've bought and i'm really pleased with it. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a medicine ball should not look any further then this BBE ball.

I bought the 4kg ball to go with a 9kg one I already have. Not much to say really...it's a medicine ball! High quality grippy rubber, not going to break any time soon. The 4kg ball does feel very light. Good for warm ups and very powerful movements as you can generate a lot of speed with it.

Great quality, nice and grippy, comes with a useful poster of exercises, no handles mean you can chuck it around without breaking your fingers, bought a 6kg which was about right for me and the girlfriend. lots of fun for doing joint exercises.

Hi, Really impressed with the medicine ball which I can use for my clients for Personal Training sessions. I would say the 5K maybe a little too heavy/large for a female client, so looking to buy a 2 or 3k medicine ball aswell.

This is a great quality, easy to use and effective exercise aid. It comes with a double sided poster with loads of recommended exercises too, so it's easy to get started with it. Core is feeling tighter already.

Purchased the 8kg ball for various exercises to complement my fitness regime. Does exactly what you'd expect, good texture for gripping even with sweaty hands/legs etc. Can't fault it.

I like this product as it allows me to massage my gluteus muscles, which is why I bought it. I also tried putting my hands on it to do press ups, but it squashed to much for me.

Love this product. The poster is great for giving ideas on how to use this product. Wish I'd gone heavier than 5kg though.
