I had this eczema/skin condition on my belly for a fortnight. It was eczema scabs around the belly button and these bumpy red and dry spots all over my abdomen. Nothing was really working except when I bought this and used it for a week - poof! My skin was normal and silky smooth at the end of a week's use. I'm now using it behind my ears and on my neck for the eczema there.It's also scentless! A bonus for me because I find when using a product that needs repeated applications, I often get sick or nauseousMy only problem was the pump. I was pushing it for a good ten to fifteen minutes for it to come out. I resorted to puncturing the top right corner with a needle and squeezing it out.

I developed contact dermatitis around both wrists, which were red raw and felt leather-like after repeated handwashing. I tried E45 and then prescribed Hydrocortisone for a month with minimal effect. After 2 days of using this cream I saw and felt real improvement. I'm loathed to give reviews of health and beauty products as I feel the responses to same vary from individual to individual. However the results I've had using this product were so positive within such a short period of time I thought on this occasion I would. Like hydrocortisone, I use more sparingly than E45. And yet the improvement is undeniable. I have very sensitive skin and the product is unscented which is a bonus.

Someone in my family has outbreaks of persistent and aggressive eczema which can get infected. We have tried everything the GP can think of, and lots of 'OTC' products, to little avail. Someone recommended this and it has - so far - stopped the itching and dryness brought on by eczema..I have also used it on my very dry hands, (all that extra washing due to the pandemic!) It is the only product I have used, (including some very expensive cosmetic mosturisers), that actually works.It's a bit more expensive than usual high street purchases but worth every penny!

I have very sensitive allergic skin, and I have had no reaction whatsoever to this cream, my skin is also extremely dry and this cream has helped me it has definitely soothed my skin, my only critique is it a large tube and it can be difficult to use the pump at first, but I like the fact you can dispense as much or little as you need, a little goes along way and I think in my opinion good value for money I would definitely recommend this cream

I'm suffering from pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema. The cream works well during my flare up when my skin is cracked, raw and over sensitive to touch. It does soothing my skin.It's a rich cream but not greasy at all. My hands felt like sand papers before I used this cream. After one application they feel moist like a normal healthy skin.Not sure if it worths the price but it does help during my flare up. Smell odd though hence 4 star.

For our baby daughter who has very mild eczema where itchiness was the main problem from 4 months to 19 months so far, we've been using Avene Trixera cream. We love the XeraCalm range, its formulation is much better for itchiness. It doesnt feel cold, its slightly richer without feeling greasy. (We also use the balm version for winter, colder climates).Fab!

My partner and I have some mild eczema problems that come and go. I used many different cremes in the past that had a mild effect and didn't last in the long term. With Avene, I saw a difference after the second day of applications (twice daily). I am very pleased with this product and for the moment, my skin is glowing. I hope it will keep as it is.

One of the best creams for atopic and dry skin. Not a big fan of its smell, but the fact that it actually works against dry skin makes up for it. I also use it when my skin is irritated and red, and the cream soothes it and reduces irritation. A bit pricey, but definitely valuable and better in the long run.

I put it on my baby skin after bath and it helps with dryish skin on his feet and makes it very silky. It can be used by the whole family as well as it is very good against dryness and itchiness. I really like the free samples that I receive with it. I will certainly buy again.

Absolutely amazing! All my life I thought I had oily skin, turns out I just had very dry skin! My skin is beautiful, it's glowing (not oily). My redness is gone too, which is unbelievable. Best buy ever. The tube is enormous and is going to last ages!

The cream is good although it is not necessarily absorbed as quickly as some other moisturising creams I have used before or as moisturising. It is beneficial however.

Amazing cream has helped me a lot when other creams with stereoids have failed. A bit expensive but totally worth it.

This is a very rich cream. Excellent. Sometimes has an odd smell - hence not 5 stars.
