It’s the largest organ in our body, gets all sorts of abuse such as exposure to dirt, dust, pollution and of course smoke and sunshine and yet it tends to get ignored. We even douse it once or twice a day in soaps and detergents and then wash it all off with hot water and expect it to behave perfectly. In fact, I think that for a great many of us, we only take notice of our skin when it causes problems such as when it gets sunburnt or starts to itch and so on.As a young man I totally ignored my skin, showered it every day but otherwise never worried about wearing gloves when I washed the dishes or the car or did some gardening. Likewise with exposure to sunshine, I never used sun protection and it didn’t protest.

This is lovely and leaves baby's skin soft and smelling lovely. My daughter also noticed that when applying to her 7 month son that her dry hands were getting better after using this twice on her son.She then tried on the dry patches her 8 year old gets on his arms and body within 2 days they had all gone. She said that this not only smells nice, it feels nice and works to keep the skin feeling soft and nice.It seems to go a long way, there is still plenty left in the tube even after a week of using on 3 of them. The oats is a natural product that leaves sking feeling good. I remember giving my daughter an oat bath as a child when her eczema was bad.Lovely product, good value and my daughter will be buying more of it.

Aveeno Baby Daily Care Moisturising Lotion is a nice lotion to use which leaves skin soft to the touch without any greasy residue. I found a little went a long way, therefore, I would recommend not to apply too much at any one time.There is no strong scent which is a huge bonus for me as I have found any product I have used on my skin which is heavily fragranced would irritate my skin. I have had no problems at all with using this lotion.Aveeno Baby Daily Care Moisturising lotion is one product which will suit all members of the family, which makes it the perfect item to take on holidays as it can be used to moisturise from head to toe.This is a top class product which provides you with soft,

I've always been a fan of Aveeno hand cream and is now the only one I use, so I was more than happy to try this with our baby and had big expectations. The lotion has lived up to its good name. easily absorbed and leaving the skin soft and smooth with no greasy residue. I would recommend starting with just a few drops as it does have good coverage and over-aplication could leave the baby skin feeling a little oily.There is a mild sweet fragrance to this, maybe a shade feminine, but it isn't overpowering, doesn't linger and it would be just as good for boys as girls. Our little one hasn't had any skin reactions, soreness, redness or irritations. A very contented baby.Aveeno products can be expensive,

This cream is one of the best 'baby' creams I have tired over the years. It is now my go to moisture.My youngest suffers with Eczema on her face and this cream is like magic potion. When she has a flare up this helps to ease it within days. I also use this cream myself after I have been in the sun and it feels lovely and refreshing.The cream is nice and thin, it is not heavy on the skin like some creams can be. Please find the attached photo of me 'trying' to show the consistency.This cream was first recommended to me by a friend and now I am recommending all of you to give it a try if you are in need of new cream.

the scent is very lovely, maybe a bit much for a baby but I love it. the reason I gave one star is i used to use something called glycerol and it had vaseline in it and it was a body cream. it was great for my baby girls skin but you can only get it in France, so I tried aveeno as I remember my health visitor raving about it. It is good but I have noticed little dry patches on my daughter that she never had before so I don't think its as moisturising as it can be.I will try double base also and see, if that works well then I will probably say that this is just not moisturising enough for her skin.

I love this product it completely sorted out my newborn son’s skin. We were never totally sure if it was baby acne or ezma on his face but it was pretty bad. Within 3 days of applying it twice daily it was completely gone. I know use it on him everyday as his skin is quite dry. I love the smell but it is quite strong and very ‘baby’ if you know what I mean. The texture means it rubs in very quickly so we use it as part of his daily massage on all of his body. I really can’t recommend this product enough.

Gentle enough for even sensitive skin and softer skin felt after using it. Using it as an all over body lotion with having dry skin through weather etc and it sinks in easily. Best thing is it can be used on face, hands and body so if going away one bottle needed for all over moisturizing. Seems a little more expensive than some other baby lotions but this can be used for a number of things and makes a good all round hand cream too after using on body if any left on hands. One all family can use too.

I absolutely love this stuff. It does wonders for my little boy's skin. He doesn't have major skin problems he does a few dry patches on his skin and this clears it up nicely. Leaves his skin extremely soft. I won't use anything else.I have used it on myself as I suffer from psoriasis. I have flare ups and as soon as I use this it eases it and doesn't irritate it. I use it twice a day as a moisturizer and it's great on my skin my psoriasis doesn't get as bad as it use to. I won't use anything else

Aveeno products are very popular with the lady members of this household and this lotion has been welcomed with great enthusiasm - and not simply for baby. The moisturising lotion can be used on face and body and provides instant relief for dry skin. It is worth highlighting that it has been tested by paediatricians. My medic daughter has been especially keen to make use of the product. I have benefitted from Aveeno products in the past and recommend them without reservation.

This is a superb moisturiser from Aveeno. It's gentle yet very moisturising and has a a long lasting effect. It's not too greasy and I quite like using a bit on my hands. Suitable for body and face I find it has a really positive effect on my sons skin.This comes into it' own if your lo has eczema or a skin complaint as it is formulated to be non-allergenic so it's great for sensitive skin.A very versatile product which is superb for grown ups too.

This is a nice moisturising lotion with a fragrance that hints of talcum powder. It sinks in fairly quickly and is more of a lotion than a cream. Its quite runny. Start out with just a little bit as it goes a very long way, because of this, this 150ml tube should last quite a while. The fragrance is nice and not overpowering. It suits my skin, which hasnt reacted to it. I dont think you'd have any problems using this if your baby needs moisturising.

Wanted to try Aveeno after hearing so much about it. It’s perfect for my newborn. Usually you cannot use anything on newborn babies who are a couple of days old. This cream is perfect it’s not oily, it’s hydrated the skin and does not leave skin sticky or shiny so won’t block baby pores which cause baby acne. It’s smells heavenly and is so light I use it for my older child too. Great value for money especially as I bought it on half price sale!

My baby has dry skin, mainly due to hard water and was recommended aveeno to help with the skin flakes. This is a very smooth cream, quickly absorbed and I've put it everywhere, did not cause any reaction but made a difference to the skin's appearance and felt soft. Cheaper than the shop and effective in my opinion, the only downside would be the scent for us, it's quite strong and for a baby should be avoided really as ingredient.

I bought this after a friend recommended I use it for my baby's "baby acne". She swears by Aveeno. I was a bit sceptical but in less than a week, my baby's skin cleared up and her skin is visibly less dry. How? I honestly don't know because as far as I know it's just a basic mosturizer. But it seems to work, so here's a happy mum :-) I had tried a few tricks before and her skin was still breaking out so hopefully this will last.
