I decided I wanted to changed over from the low quality food my kitten was weaned on to high quality wet and dry mix. I saw this and thought it looked a great quality and price and decided to take this risk and hope that he likes it and he does - he loves it!As kittens prefer to eat small meals throughout the day, I split up his wet food (Hi-Life chicken kitten) in to half and leave this out if he is hungry in-between. He always has a good munch and this will help keep his teeth cleaner. Also his stools seem to be firmer and he has a shinier coat!Also the price is great for the amount you get. Currently works out about £5 a KG which is what you'd pay for a low quality food.

My kitten came to me on Whiskas dry food, which is a bit like McDonalds. So after a few weeks to let her settle I started to add some Applaws dry and gradually increased the amount over a couple of weeks. As Applaws is such high quality if your kitten has been on a food like Whiskas then you need to go slower with the conversion so as not to shock their tummy. I was very happy that my kitten started to eat the Applaws and the switch over was totally seamless. What I did notice was her coat looked a lot healthier, shinny and softer, her poo was firmer and smaller and the concave tummy that she'd had since arriving started to fill out a little. She really does look healthier on Applaws.

I had my kittens on Orijen to begin with as that's what the breeder fed them. It was rather expensive and was looking for as good but slightly cheaper solution, noticed Applaws on Amazon and thought I'd give it a go. My two siamese had loved Orijen and thought that I would introduce Applaws to them by mixing the two to begin with. Honestly, they took one sniff of the Applaws and fell on it like rabid beasts. They never ever bothered trying to break into the container when it was Orijen but with Applaws, I've had to put it in a cupboard rather than the shelf due to the in-numerable daily attempts to try and have at it. Definitely a win all around.

We moved our kittens on to this gradually over ten days as they came to us on a very low meat, cheap supermarket brand. They took a while to get used to it, but started to eat more of it when we bought them a water fountain rather than just water bowls. It does have quite a strong smell when we first put it down for them. Both kittens now eat it very happily, their poo is of a good consistency and their coats are shiny. Feels good to know that I'm giving them good food. It is more expensive per 100g, but buying this big bag helps and they're filling up on notorious meat rather than indigestible cereals. We'll be sticking with Applaws!

My kitten is only 9 weeks old and was fed Whiskas by her previous owner. After some research and talking to friends who have cats, Applaws came highly recommended due to the high quality of the food. I didn't even have to gradually introduce the dry food to my kitten, she was instantly drawn to it and loves eating this product. Even though, Applaws dry food is complete food for my kitten, I feed her Applaws wet kitten food as well. She loves this too and is more keen on the chicken than the fish one. I love Applaws products and will keep feeding this to my kitten for as long as she will be happy have it.

My kitten really enjoys this food. I changed the type of food I give him as I want to give him as natural and healthy a diet as possible. I chose this dry food because I liked the ingredients and content and I give him the natural tins and pouches fro the same brand. I love that it is grain free.The smell of this food is minimal and the size is great for small kittens as well as bigger ones.We prefer either this dry food or the Purely Holistic brand and only give these.We like to purchase kitten food in bulk so only get this pack when we have run out and can't get to the big store for a day or so.

I bought this kitten food as I found it on a website that listed the top cat food brands of 2020. I wanted to find the best possible value for money for my new baby kitten. This food got excellent marks for ingredients and doesn't contain any nasty extras. I like that it is grain free as this can be helpful for pets with sensitive tummies. It is a bit more expensive than the average supermarket pet food, but it is a large bag and seems to last for a decent amount of time. My kitten loves it and has made a habit of meowing at me constantly as soon as I go in the kitchen to fetch her some more.

We have been buying this product for nearly 3 years now, we have a 3 year old Siamese, a 3 year old Oriental and an 8 year old Maine Coon. We started using it on recommendation from the breeder of the Siamese, but we have stuck with it all this time because all of our cats absolutely love it! I realise we should probably change to an Adult version, but as they all a bit picky in their own right (and you never know when you might add another kitten to the pack!) it seems purrfect!Ingredients are high quality and the pack lasts us around a month, which proves to be great value for money.

Our kittens came to us on whiskas dry food which they really weren't keen on and one was getting a bad tummy, after some advice from the vet discovered it's not good food at all, so switched to applaws and our kittens love it, both are now eating all their food instead of picking around it like before, they also seem alot more settled and happier now they're getting good food, also no more stomach complaints so all in all very happy with this food, bag seals well as we were concerned about this from reviews but we've had no issues with it

My cat who is raw-fed on Natural Instinct loves this food. I just bought this to make an easier feeding alternative for my cat sitter while I was away for two weeks in conjunction with Nature's Menu kitten pouches. I would not feed this long term, and especially as my cat rejects her raw food in favour of the dry, but it's a helpful addition to a raw feeder's toolkit. I did loads of research and Applepaws has by far the highest meat content with no grains, and I found my cat's stools remained relatively firm and consistent.

I can't really judge on flavour and scent, didn't buy it for myself :) But I can say that my two cats are quite happy with their food. Kibble size and shape are perfect, it doesn't stink (lets admit it - some cat food stinks sooo badly).My 2 cats have access to their food 24/7 and big bag lasts for about 2 months.All in all, I am happy because my cats are happy! They are playful, healthy, coats are shiny. Will definitely buy again!Forgot to mention that nutritional value of this food is better than Hills.

I, like most do not want to spend copious amounts of money on food for their cat. But i also believe paying a bit more for a quality product will save me hassle down the line. This food when bought in the largest bag is a huge saving over brands like Lily's Kitchen but when comparing ingredients is very similar. This has no meal in it and the meat content is high. If this food is anything under £6 per KG I would call it a steal and my cat loves it too so what's not to love!

Really good food better then other foods I have bought only marked 3 as I know more then I should about what the best food is regrading ingredients. But other wise is better then others as Its been really hard to get our normal cat food so we settled for this one as the ingredients where much better after hours of looking and checking for the right substitute. Our cat did really well adjusting to this cat food without upsetting the stomach so was a win win. Will buy again.

We have two ragdoll kittens and one of them found it difficult to digest some foods. This grain free food did the trick perfectly. Settled their tummies easily and they transitioned onto it with ease. Did mix the two for a week or so to move them over onto it.We got it on a Black Friday deal which was perfect as with two kittens we go through a lot of food.The pack does have a self seal which can be tricky to close so we bought a plastic container.

My kitten came to me eating Whiskas and once she was settled I transferred her over to Applaws. You need to do it slowly so as not to shock the stomach as the two foods are so different. Once transitioned I noticed an immediate change to her coat, which was shinier and softer than before. Her poo is also firmer. She really likes it and doesn't need to eat much so it doesn't work out expensive and I know that she's eating a good quality food.
