This battery performed better than most I have purchased and I have purchased quite a lot in the past few months.I anticipate that discharge will only be 80% of declared mAh.As the image shows this is shy at 17375 which is around 72%.I could accept this but this item was quite pricey.Now, I have not contacted the seller as I get through an Amazon bot and do not have the paitence to have to deal with it. I also have not requested a return as it will involve using a hermes drop off and this involves quite a drive for me so to be fair to the seller they have not had the chance to rectify this.So, this review is based purely on the product and not their customer service which may or may not be
