First of all this power bank has been a life saver !i have always been an avid user of power banks and since getting my hands on this i realise just how much "Bang for your buck" you get.Having used the product on a daily basis for the past two weeks i have found that i easily managed four to four and a half charges of my iPhone 6S and charged my iPad Air 2 once, both whilst on airplane mode. A great feature of the power bank is its two usb charging ports , one 1A and a second 2.1A port, this meant that a friend could charge a device at the same time. The two micro usb cables included were of good quality and i could re-charge the power bank within a matter of hours. The build quality of the power bank is excellent and i was very surprised at the lightness.i especially liked the bright flash light triggered by holding the on/off button for several seconds The charging speed when using the genuine apple cables was very fast charging my 6S in just over an hour and the four led charging indicators allowed me to know how much charge remained within the device. The Trust Urban 12500 mAh power bank when compared to other manufacturers and market leaders certainly is up there with the best, the convenience of having this in your bag or jacket pocket without even knowing it was there i found to be great and it is easy to say that i would buy this product again.I would be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have about my experience in the comments section below.

This Trust power bank is a great portable charger and well worth the price. I bought mine from a well known electronics shop for £20 as I needed it quickly and couldn't afford to wait for delivery. There's charge on the battery straight out of the how, however I charged mine for several hours before I put it to use. A micro USB cable is included which can be used to charge the battery from a compatible wall charge or anything with a USB port, like a TV or PC. Thus cable can in turn be used to charge a device with a micro USB port. The size is perfect for carrying in a bag, such as a backpack or handbag, I found it a little bulky for my jeans pocket but it'll fit in a back pocket if needs be.Over the course of a three day trip, the battery charged both mine and my girlfriend's phone, twice, and my vape battery, proving that it will safely charge most things. The battery life indicator barely even moved over the few days, providing an ample power supply. There's also an led bulb built in to the battery to act as a torch if needed. To access this you just hold down the pier button for approximately 2 seconds. It's not the brightest torch ever but if you're rummaging around in a bag for your keys it's actually quite handy.Charging from the mains will always be quicker but this power bank is a fantastic thing to have to provide much needed charge to your arsenal of technology.

So, this is my first ever review on Amazon. It seems, like others here, I've had the usb ports fail on me. The difference is the fast charge port failed after 14 months (just stopped working one day) then the same time the slow charge port became intermittent. The reason it has 4 stars is that this product worked great up until this point. It's a genuine 12,500mah power bank, my Galaxy S7 gets around 3 full charges from this power bank, and the torch feature is actually quite useful. The fast charge (only 2.1ah) is great. It was until it stopped. But the best part, is I was googling the product to see if it's still available for sale, and found out there is a 2 year warranty!I called Amazon and they've already arranged a replacement! Extra lucky is when I bought this it was on offer for £9.99!!! You pay 3-4 times that price for a genuine one in the electronics shops in Hong Kong...So even at the current prices, these are bargains.I just hope the next one lasts longer than 14 months

INCREDIBLE! I have bought so many portable chargers previously for around £10 and they were all rubbish - barely charged my phone once. I presumed that to find a decent portable charger I would have to fork out for one of the more expensive ones around the £40 mark. My friend recommended the Trust Urban charger so I gave it a shot. I very recently took this portable charger to Download festival. I was there for 5 days so I was heavily relying on this charger to be good. I charged my phone fully 6 times using this portable charger whilst at the festival and it still has 1 bar of power left. That is honestly AMAZING for £12.99! I couldn't recommend it enough!

I love this charger, and I love it more because I got it refurbished for £7.10. It has fast charging, a USB type C slot plus a micro usb slot. It has a Torch and comes with some nice accessories. It is solidly built, which is something I was looking for after all my other powerbanks broke due to poor build quality. The best thing about it is the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0It is about 50% bigger than most 10,000mah powerbanks though. And personally I think the £20 price tag is a little high for the brand, so that is why I am giving it 4 stars.

I have ordered this device in the past, it was great. It lasts over a year and half. I have ordered another one, but had to return it due to malfunctioning LED light. I recieved a replacement after returning it, but the 2nd one now had a malfunctioning LED blue light after recharge. The thing is, I don't actually know whether it is a crappy LED light or a dodgy battery cell. Hopefully the 2nd replacement will be OK, otehrwise I'll ask for a refund, and purchase a different brand. It IS a good product...when it works.

This has been fantastic so far, being able to charge two things at once is a surprisingly helpful feature (no more fighting over who's phone is going to pack up sooner) and the charge held is rather impressive compared to previously bought items at similar prices. It's also a great size, easy to slip into your bag and go out with, and the light indicators are great for keeping an eye on when you need to charge it up again rather than having to guess at it. All in all a very happy customer!

Still working after a year or so and seems to do a good job. Good for the phone, but `i am also using this for the MacBook 12. It just about puts enough charge back in when you are watching a video, but if you are doing real tasks then it is just catching up. Overall this is the best that I have had for the size and would recommend the brand. I have just bought a 20000mah by Poweradd and the Trust put sit in the shade. It seems to have more charge even though it is half the size.

This is great, charge it up then use it to power your phone out and about. I used it on a recent trip where I knew my phone wouldn't last all day. It charges quite quickly and you can charge two things at once which is handy. There is a little torch facility which might prove useful at some point. The blue led scale shows how much charge is left. The only thing is that it's not light so you wouldn't have it in your handbag unless you thought you might need it.

Great cheap product with a brushed finished. It has served it's purpose as a power bank and a flashlight. However, it seems that after a thrashing from a toddler the cheap adhesive has given up and can no longer hold the two pieces together. Although it is still able to serve it's duty as the circuit board, flashlight and batteries are yet to give up after 6 months, showing it's perseverence and reliability.

A great little power bank that is soooo useful when travelling. Recharges my Android smartphone 3-4 times on one charge. Very useful, reasonably priced and highly recommended. Shame that the price has shot up post Brexit. Had to buy alternatives elsewhere for friends.

As a disabled man I have put LED strips in four rooms of my my home and bought two of these devices to power them because last year there were three power cuts. This year I'm prepared buying a piece every month, so that I will be able to get about and also read.

I ask immensely sorry for my bad review on powerbank trust, I was convinced it worked badly, but in fact after a long position of about 8 hours the amount of charge is displayed to perfection. Thanks so much Amazon, the product is a very excellent.

10.12.2016

Works perfectly so far. Great feature is a 1 amp charging output. Many power banks on the market boast 2.1 and or 2.4 amp ports which is ok for tablets but they tend to slowly cook the battery if you are charging a phone.

I've just had a stay in hospital and was told I wouldn't be allowed to use plug in chargers for phone etc. This device was fantastic and allowed me to use my phone and iPad without worry of running out of power.
