It doesn't come with a cable. And the cable is expensive. The plug is very expensive. Together they are eye-wateringly expensive. So it is really rather self-indulgent to buy this product, but it does charge up my iPhone and iPad extremely quickly. This is the fastest charger you can use on the current and most recent iPhones - no point in buying a higher wattage, although I had to do a bit of digging around to find that out - thanks Apple! But over £60 for the plug and the cable - really!

I don’t have any crazy need to be always charging as so far my XS battery seems to hold decent charging capability. However, I find this really useful when travelling. I find it more convenient to plug my phone on the wall with this fast charging brick for say 15mins than carrying a power bank that takes ages to charge up my phone. Also as this is an apple product I have more confidence that it will not damage my battery in the long run. All in all happy with this purchase.

I bought this to replace my current 5w charger that came with the iPhone 8 Plus. What can i say it makes a huge improvement. I conducted a test so you can see the difference. 5w Charger, 10% to 100% - 2hours 46minutes. 18w Charger, 10% to 100% - 1hour 52minutes. Hope this helps.

Bought for my sister who recently got an iPhone 8 Plus which doesn’t include this inside the box. She is very happy and it’s a big change in the time it takes for her phone to fully charge compared to the iPhone 6s

Bought this item as I wanted to fast charge my iPhone X but wasn’t willing to pay for the higher power chargers. This indeed does fast charge my iPhone X highly recommend

Decided to go for an Apple charger to fast charge my iPhone 8. It's amazingly quick compared to the charger that came with the phone. Make sure you get a USB-C cable too.

Didn't come with a cable which was horrible as it was a bit expensive, so cost more to get a cable.

Definitely worth the buy, charges your iPhone much faster than a standard plug as it's the 18w!
