Size has improved, On the left is the charger under review, the middle bank is an older Anker 10000 charger, its about 20g heavier and takes about 8 hours to charge. I charged the new PD bank (on the left) last night in roughly 4 hours. (You need to invest in the correct wall plug or it will take literally days to charge). It fast charges my Samsung S10+ without any problems. Not sure at the moment how many charges it will do, but it is still on 4 blue lights after giving 1 charge from 30%.I prefer the more squat design of the new bank, compared to the others, a lot more pocket friendly and although only 20g lighter, it looks and feels a lot smaller.Just for reference,

Have been looking for months for a power pack for the odd occasion that I’m out somewhere with no access to a power source and my phone runs out of charge. Or if I need to power my GoPro.The tech geek in me wanted loads of power but in the end common sense prevailed and I realised that:a) I don’t want to carry around a big sh!t brickb) I only occasionally want to recharge my phone or GoPro, not oftenc) as tempting an idea as it is to power a laptop, I really never need to do thatThis ticks all the right boxes:a) small and lightb) well made by a reputable companyc) enough power to charge an iPhone XS twiced) has USB-C for really fast chargeI also bought the Anker USB-C dual port 49.5W wall charger for charging this battery.

This power-bank is great! With its 10,000mah battery, I can charge my phone twice, and fast since it features the PD charging mode. This charger is tiny! The pictures dont do it justice and its got a pretty good capacity and speed for its size. It comes with a carry pouch and a usb c to c cable in the box. It charges both my S9 and my wife's Pixel 2 at high speed which I did not expect as this is not advertised as supporting QC.Additionally it also charges my switch lite just fine and brings it up to 100 even when playing.The only downside is it takes quite a while to charge on a samsung fast charger(I guess about 4 hours or so) and so I usually charge this using my switch charger which uses PD and is rated at 45 watts and that charges it pretty quickly.Overall, this is an awesome powerbank and worth buying!

I spent quite a while researching the 10,000 PD Redux before committing, bought for £24 but see it's now gone down to £22 which IMO is fantastic value. I previously owned an Astro which was also great.This however supports fast charging for my Samsung Galaxy A70 which was the main reason for purchasing and due to it's capacity can easily manage 2 full charges. Recharging of the power bank itself is impressive at around 3 to 4 hours with a fast charger.I've also now started using it for my Nintendo Switch as I often find myself repeatedly dying on various Cuphead levels for hours and refuse to be beaten.

So I’ve gone through a number of 5000 and 6700 mAh PowerCores that strangely get permanently borrowed by friends and family! I’ve also got a larger 26000 PD one for my laptop.My latest one went ‘missing’ last weekend so I went to buy a replacement and came across this.It’s only a little bigger than the 6700mAh PowerCore that went missing but with the benefit of a usb-c PD socket it is extremely fast and doesn’t seem to get warm. My iPhone X went to 50% in less than half an hour. With the right charger it also is fully charged pretty quickly.Let’s hope I can keep hold of this one for a bit longer!

When I received my PowerCore, it wasn't working properly. I contacted Anker support and a member of their support team named Shelley responded promptly asking for details and within 36 hours they offered to send a replacement without any need to return the faulty product. The replacement has been working perfectly since it arrived.The PowerCore 10000 PD Redux works great with my Pixel 3, with enough capacity to charge it multiple times at fast, PD speeds. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a high capacity power bank that fits in your pocket, as well as great customer service to boot.

Items have defects - it happens to all including anker and it’s when this happens you see how a company looks after you and responds..Following a minor issue/defect with the battery. Anker (Sophia) was truly awesome and offered impeccable support. They quickly identified the original wasn’t functioning correctly based on my comments, apologised and sent a replacement out immediately. This was received only 2 days later and worked perfectly. Communication, support and response times were all fantastic.Never had a problem with a product resolved so quickly so Thanks again Anker!

I haven't used this a great deal but it does recharge my phone very quickly using USB-C to USB-C, or even using the convential USB connection. It charges noticeably faster than the older Anker chargers. I wouldn't use it regularly as fast charging is apparently not good for lithium batteries if used too much. It is very compact and easy to carry around, helped by the smooth edged design. I bought a USB-C to USB adaptor so that I can either adapt the USB-C cable to charge from the conventional USB port, or to use the cable to charge the phone from a USB socket.

A very potent and powerful power pack. It comes with an iPhone lightening charging cable all neatly stored in its pouch. I haven’t actually timed it charging my iPhone XR but it is definitely faster than using the mains charger. There are four small blue lights in the switch , four is fully charged. After charging my XR only two lights were showing. The pack itself is quite weighty so might drag a jacket pocket down a bit. All in all I’m pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend it. The only downside is how long it takes to fully charge. Minor gripe.

I have four of these one for each member of the family, and numerous other Anker products because I have always found that Anker quality is superb. However recently one of them developed a fault and didn’t charge. I contacted Anker via Amazon and having described the fault and provided a serial number they have offered to replace it and a new one is on the way. Faulty products happen sometimes but it is how a company deals with them that matters and this is excellent customer service.

Bought this to replace an older Anker unit and am very happy with it.The unit is a little larger than my old one, but packs more power and features. I wanted a unit that could both charge from and be recharged from USB-C, and also be useable with older devices using the USB-A port.This unit quite happily charges my new iPhone and was even able to give my iPad a sizeable charge.The unit recharges quite quickly using my Apple 20W USB-C charger.

Fairly light and very compact for a power bank with this battery capacity and fast charging capability. Perfect for travel use as I can quickly top-up my devices’ batteries when not moving around (e.g. on the bus, eating in a restaurant, etc). 18W charging is more than adequate for phones and tablets, and it would even charge my MacBook Pro, although slower than using the original charger. Overall very satisfied with it.

Although i have far too many portable chargers including Official Samsung as well as higher capacity, this one gets it right for most purposes. For most purposes the capacity is sufficient and the size/weight are very good. The lights are a useful way to see how much charge is left and seem to be accurate. Robust enough to withstand being dropped too. Price seems to vary quite a lot though so pick the best time to buy.

We all need extra juice for our phones these days but the size of most battery packs puts me off carrying them. This unit is easy to slip into a pocket, has that all important fast charging through the USBC port and provides between 2 to 3 charges to pixel phone. This is more than enough for me.The only slight quirk for me is that the portable battery pack itself is a bit slow to charge.Overall though a great buy
