I bought this as a parasol to help against the sun, it seems quite fit for purpose. I dont think it would hold up too well in a storm with heavy rain/hail or gusts though.Initally its also fairly difficult to work. It is almost like one of those matresses in a box, open it and you will have a nightmare closing it again. I had to ditch the little bag cover and just use the parasol inside the capsule case since I couldnt evenget the bag half way back on without straining the stitching.Additionaly its a pain to open for the first few times, you have to use quite a bit of force to get it to lock open and it feels as if your going to yank it to bits.

Bought this product for the UV protection as I was going to Orlando and would be exposed to the sun for huge chunks of the day. Also ended up using it in the rain as well while there and it did the job!I read other reviews before purchasing and agree that the size is perfect for handbags. I actually took it out of the plastic casing and just used the standard umbrella cover. No issues putting it up or down, or getting it back into the cover. It doesn’t feel as sturdy as other umbrellas but it held up in very heavy rain no problem. Would recommend and purchase again. I bought the blue and I really liked it; it’s black lining really did help with the sun.

The brolly is light but the case is quite bulky although I wouldn't be without this now. It’s brilliant if it’s been raining because you can fold your wet brolly up, pop it in the case and then put it in your bag without it leaking or leaving your bag soggy. I’ve been v impressed. I’ve just put the brolly back up to dry out once I’ve got home. The brolly itself is lightweight but an adequate size to cover you and it has a nice black liner. It has withstood some high winds and rain so it seems pretty robust. I’ve already bought another one as a gift.

I wanted a brolly that could be used as a double brolly either for rain or sun so that I could read while sat outside. This one took my eye due to the bright colour.This umbrella is definitely light weight and it comes with a cover and a plastic case, it is also small so that you can carry it around with you without problems. It goes up with ease and it is well made and it does protect you from the sun and rain. I really like this because of the reasons I have said. Please find attached some photos.

Absolutely tiny when collapsed yet well-sized when opened. It's large enough to shelter one person comfortably. The stem is telescopic which lets it collapse so compactly. The bag it comes with is very difficult to slide on but fortunately, you also get a capsule which you can use instead (you don't need both). The capsule twists open and shut very securely - no chance that any water can pass through. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love that this brolly folds up into the size of your palm, so it can be carried about in your handbag. I don’t know why this happens but you can bet your bottom dollar that the skies decide to open at the strike of 3pm when I’m about to tackle the school run! It’s an unsolved phenomena!That said, it is so lightweight that it’s only suitable for a rain shower really, just enough to get you home or to the car!

Cute little bullet or tablet shaped umbrella case. I chose the aqua blue as this is the best colour. The case ensures it is easy to find in a bag, it keeps it secure and doesn’t wet everything in my bag after use. It is very light so doesn’t weigh down my bag too. Very nice, would recommend.

This umbrella is just tiny when closed but the size is really good when opened. Colour and size is just ideal for young girl/kids. Comes with a cool capsule cover. Looks beautiful both in open and closed condition. But it might not be strong for windy conditions.

Cute, pocket sized brolly - the giant pill capsule would stop a wet brolly dampening a bag but isn’t pocket friendly however the brolly itself plus fabric wrapper is perfect for a coat pocket- hopefully equally effective with rain but haven’t needed to use yet.

Pros:- Easy to Use- Super light- Well built 8/10Cons:- Not a fan of the carrying case (Feels very delicate and high possibilities to break carrying case)Other than that - It does what its suppose to.Happy with purchase.

Cute little umbrella, pretty sturdy, opens up easily and seems to stay up against some pretty heavy weather. Nice handbag size, had to throw away the little capsule it came in (unless you want to keep it for some Akira cosplay?)

Very lightweight but also very sturdy. I like that it comes in a kind of capsule as I can put my wet umbrella into the capsule and put it in my bag and I know the contents of my bag will stay dry.

I took this to Orlando and I only had a tiny handbag but it fitted in great I did take it out of the shell though but it doesn’t take much more room up if you put it in your bag with it on.

Heavier then I was expecting. My Totes Titanium was a dam site lighter. It’s good not as sturdy as a Knirp, but more then adequate for uk weather. Nice pill case and nice colour.

Very good quality, strong material. Bought for my daughter for school bag. Get idea with the plastic case. Haven't tested it yet so time will tell if the case leaks.
