Zwilling J.A. Henckels make a wide range of kitchen cookware, knives and utensils and this three pot set is one of the smaller in its range of kitchen pots.The quality of finish is exceptional, with a brushed stainless steel finish, hollow stainless steel handles (to dissipate heat to keep them cool) which are welded, rather than riveted, onto the outside thus leaving a smooth surface to the entire inside of the pot/pan.The bases are thick enough to retain the heat, and are suitable for ceran, halogen, electric and gas cooker hobs. The base material is 18/10 stainless steel, meaning 18% chromium content, 10% nickel content. This indicates the quality – chromium for strength and nickel for shine and resistance to rust.

These are beatifully made pans which are really in keeping with my contemporary kitchen. They are 18/10 stainless steel and perform well on my induction hob. The handles stay surprisingly cold - they are hollow, though you need to take care with the two pans that have lids. The lids are heavy and substantial and handy as you can see your food cooking. I like the fact there are markings on the inside of the pans so you can see how much liquid there is. I haven’t washed them in the dishwasher yet - the instruction manual does suggest by hand is best. Check sizes carefully as the smaller is a bit bigger than a milk pan, the middle one a good size and the third one is huge!So well made and shiny I see no reason why they wouldn’t last for years.

Nicely-designed and modern-looking 3-piece pan set - these feel well-made and have a sleek, modern look to them. Do check the sizes carefully, though, as the large pot is *huge* - guest cooking or for a large family. The medium pot is perfect for everyday cooking and suitable for everything from soups to curries, pasta and risotto. The smallest pan is lidless, and at 1.5 litres is versatile. Only the large and medium pot have lids which is a shame, but they fit well and the handles feel solid and tactile.I really like the design and feel of these but the sizes aren't quite right for a starter set - and the large pot will take up significant storage space especially if you only use it occasionally.

These are robust and sturdy when it comes to quality pans. There's no denying that the large pan is perfect for stews and soups etc. It is big though!Food doesn't seem to stick to them as I thought it may, being stainless steel. Even though the handles on the pan don't get hot, I will say that the handles on the lids get ridiculously hot, so much so that I burnt my fingers when lifting the bigger lid off the pot. It's not ideal to have to get a tea towel to lift off the lid. It's my only downfall with this set.Overall a good set of pans though.

Really really great set. There are some solid bases on these which hints at just how good they are at conducting heat quickly. The two larger pans were suspiciously eyed up by my wife who was looking for a regular pan handle, but on use it made sense as the two handles make it much easier to move and to empty. Really well made and a quality item. Excellent.

A great collection of pots that would be fine for any kitchen.The measuring scale is very helpful.The design is attractively made from stainless steel..Top quality and would make a great wedding present.The large one is particularly good for making soup.Expensive but top quality.

This is a good set of pans.The sizes are useful...for vegetables,stews and milk etc...They have good handles that are light and easy to hold...They have washed well and retained their shininess...Overall I think that this is a good,useful starter set.....
