I bought these for our 6 month old twins so that we could all go swimming together (have a 5 year old boy very keen on swimming). They were fantastic and we couldn't have managed without them. the babies loved being in them and thought it was great fun to be swirled around the pool in them and they could see their brother jumping around. Means you have another hand free to swim yourself too. Only one small issue is getting the baby in and out sort of needs an extra hand as their legs don't stay still enough, but not really a problem as they do have pleny of leg space for them, its just when their legs are wet really. Also they inflate and deflate really easily which I was quite surprised at!I also used them 'poolside' when the babies were dressed, as little seats by laying the baby on top of the inflatable for a few minutes whilst we gathered our stuff together (obviously don't leave them unattended or do this if your baby rolls). Good value for money compared with similar products.

This seat saved our swimmingpool sessions. Our 10 months old was quite scared of the swimmingpool, but the seat helped him enjoy his time in the water! You do need some kind of pump to blow it up but it's because the valves are made in such a way that you have to pinch them for the air to come in or out...which is rather reassuring as it means that it's not going to go flat in the middle of the swimmingpool. The seat has 4 compartments that you have to blow up separatly which means that if there is a puncture, your baby will still be safe with the 3 remaining compartments and not drown...the purchase was worth it within 5 mins of trying it!!!!The only downside is that it is quite big,but it's only a question of getting used to it.

My 4 month old loves this however would not be suitable for a baby that can't hold their head/upper back fully as she is nowhere near the back rest bit. Mine will happily sit in it for ages and floats around securely. Have seen older babies kicking around in the pool having great fun. It says do not use in water deeper than babys standing height but even paddling pools are deeper than the length of a young babies legs (their top is held up above the water) so don't see how that is possible. Wish it came with a small pump as I find it hard to blow up so carry it around inflated when going swimming although if is quite large.Feels much safer with baby in that when looking after 2 children in pool

This is a great product. My 3 month old will get lots of use from it espically as her back is now getting stronger. She is quite tall for her age and i feel she is a little small for this item but she will grow!We continue to use it each week and you can see her confidence growing to. Just cant wait till she can sit up independantly as i think she will get more from this item.In the ean time, she is well protected and safe in the water and the seat holds her well.Would highly recommend this product. Even when its slight more expensive then others, the quality speaks for itself. Not tried deflating it due to other peoples comments on here.

I bought this for my 2 month old son. It seems very sturdy in the water. I don't think the neck support is of any use as its too far back.I'm also slightly concerned about the size of the harness, my son is of average size and he fits snugly into it now at only 2 months old so cant see how its going to last till he is 12 months. One peice of advice is to inflate it before you go to the pool as I made the mistake of leaving it till I had changed baby into swimming togs and it took alot longer to inflate which left a screaming cold baby!!Having said all that, I am happy with my purchase, it's safe and good value for money.

Used for the first time when my daughter was 3.5 months old. It was very sturdy on the water and she seemed happy in it. I would agree with some other people in saying the leg holes do have a sharp-ish edge to them, so wouldn't be very comfortable when your child reaches the maximum age, or if they are a bit big for their age. It didnt seem to bother our daughter. I guess the issue would be if they used thinner, more flexible plastic, it could break as your child's weight increases on it. Otherwise easy to use and inflation. There are lots of different parts that need inflating separately but easy enough to do.

What a great product!! We took my son swimming for the first time at 3 months old, and thought he might still be a bit small for the seat, but it was great. I took my baby swimming with a few other babies who had different swim seats, and the mums all commented on hom much more comfortable he looked in it. The head rest at the back is an added comfort, and my son loved to lean back on it. He could easily reach the water with his feet, and loved kicking about! When I took him out of the seat he was a little unsettled but as soon as he went back in he was happy, so he must have felt secure!!

I must say I am glad I purchased a baby seat in this vivid orange colour. When we go swimming with other mums there is an abundance of yellow floats everywhere. It is still pretty large on my 5 month old son but does the job required. The only issue I have is how much inflating is needed. Because it is so large I have to deflate the outer sections to carry it but then go pink in the face blowing it up poolside. I suppose from a safety point of view its better to have several compartments incase one fails. Pleased with this purchase.

This has survived 2 years of holidays with many deflates and reinflates along the way for traveling around, and a lot of abuse from having everything packed around it. It is also suitable up to 15kg, which is more than average for this type of swimseat. I'm very grateful for this purchase as it gave us many hours of peace on holiday, as our son was so happy to spend time in it. Until he discovered his Puddle Jumper and preferred the freedom that gave instead. By then he was 14.9kg, 19 months old and very ready to progress

Took this on a recent trip to a family holiday park and my 7 month old son loved riding round the lazy river in it and splashing in the wave pool. It's a good size as my son is already in some 12-18 month clothes and he fit in the smaller size with plenty of room. He clearly felt very comfortable and secure in it as he was kicking his legs underneath like mad. It has 4 separate chambers to inflate and is easy enough to do. Is a bit harder getting it down as the valves are such high quality!

Great item! Had checked all the reviews for this and other similar items but this one seemed to be the best. Got it for my nephew who lives in Thailand and it is used almost every day. His parents love it as it gets him in the water safely without the risk of him falling through the middle or toppling I've the edge. My nephew loves it and has great fun splashing around in pools and the ocean when his parents take him out.Recommend this item to anyone who wants to get their kids in the water.

Bought for my son who was 14 months at the time (now 19 months) after a kind lady at the swimming pool gave me hers to try out. My son loved it! However he wasn’t so fond of having his own one for some strange reason. However still a good float, a bit difficult to deflate, I thought I could open the blow holes and the air would escape but you have to put pressure on the float to get the air out. Also my mother and I almost passed out blowing it up, but I was pregnant and my mum is older so..

I bought this for my young daughter, she was 3-4 months old when i bought it, she did sit low in it but perfectly safethe only flaw ive seen is the ring has two inflation areas, inner and outer, the inner ive found i cant get to deflate, not sure if its just mine that has a defect or all of them, but makes it harder to store since i cant get it to deflateoverall would recommend, and confident it will be safe for your young childrenif this review helped you, please hit the helpful button

The plastic itself seems to be alot thicker than the cheaper types and my son looked very comfortable in the seat. There's no risk of it tipping over that I could see and stayed a float for the whole session with out having to re inflate. Only down side is that the valves to blow it up are rather large and hard to open to get air in and out of. There are four compartments to blow up as well so can take a bit of puff and takes a long time to deflate enough to put away. But overall very happy.

As proud grandparents the time had come to share in our grandchild's first swimming experience and to help contribute to the occasion we purchased the Zoggs Baby Swim Seat. The swim seat did not disappoint and allowed us to enjoy the priceless first splashes of our granddaughter in confidence. The swim seat provided a safe, comfortable swimming experience for our granddaughter, the back support was supportive and remained fully inflated during her first swim. We are very happy with the item.
