Earlier on this year I decided it was about time I got over my fear of the water and I took up swimming properly. I did some research and decided I would buy a kickboard to help with my technique and I settled on this one.It's a decent size, just right to get into a back/backpack. It does the job really well and it light and durable. It also seems to dry super fast which is a massive bonus when you swim before work and have to throw it in a bag and get going.I haven't used it as a pull buoy yet but it's worked fine for me this past six months and I would buy again.

I am training for a 5km swim in march for sports relief and I was looking for something to help me strengthen my legs and arms. I brought this and it came within a couple of days. Used it for the first time on Thursday and was surprised that it really gave my legs a workout when using it as a kick buoy and my arms when i used it as a pull buoy!It is also really small so it fits in to my swim bag and I it is great also as I am not carrying around 2 buoys instead just one!Recommend one for training!

I have just started to swim regularly an wanted something to help me with various drills. This board is a great two in one. Good for a kick board, although not as long as traditional ones, and shaped to be an effective pull bouy.It’s compact size means it takes up less room in a swimming bag.ma good all round first step in a training regime.

Really useful piece of kit. I use it more as a pull-buoy for which it is comfortable and stable whilst swimming. Good to be able to use it as kickboard too, though it is a bit wobblier than a purpose-made kickboard. This isn't a problem though. Overall very happy with this product

Sceptical at first but I have used this a few times to perfect my stokes. And it definitely helps. I mainly use this between my legs to focus and isolate my leg and arm stokes, and its more of a workout as you are isolating muscle groups. Happy I bought this.

Fantastic for swimming. I wanted to up my fitness and this worked very well for varying swims and making me feel like I have done more of a workout. Also fits well into my swim bag. Expensive for what is essentially a moulded piece of form though.

Great little product. Ideal for between the thighs for front crawl. You can use it as a front float as well but I don't seem to be able to get the hang of it. Probably just me. Great bit of kit though.

Perfect compact float - can easily be used for kick or pull, small enough to fit in your bag but big enough to aid you in your swimming! A great shape to keep you in great shape!

I wanted a combined kick board and pull buoy that would fit into my swim bag and this one seemed good value. Does the job, but probably not as comfortable as dedicated floats.

Very good product. Small and lightweight but easily up to the task of a pull and kick float. A must if you don't have space to take 2 floats to the pool.

I like the shape and size, but the buoyancy is too much for me when being used for pull (5'6", ~9-10 stone). Still, have it now, may as well use it.

My son is very happy with his new kick buoy, it's lightweight and very easy to use. Ideal to carry to and from the pool every day.

Perfect for children and adults. Small in size but very buoyant. Can be used between legs for training or as a conventional float

A lovely compact and versatile pull and kick bouy it does the job of 2 training items so well, why buy 2 when 1 will do.

I love this wee thing. It is a little rough but it works so well, is very compact and great for packing in a swim bag.
