I managed to burn my well loved Run Pan and needed a replacement - I have found this Woll pan more than fits the bill! I did pancakes without them sticking, have cooked dishes which lasted for two days and just needed to take off the handle to pop in the fridge, from the fridge to the oven to reheat (did let it come back to room temp first) and all with just a quick wash in hot soapy water to get it completely clean. The ability to remove the handle is a definite plus for me and there is no worry about whether the handle is firmly fixed, it slips on and locks in place. I kept the lid from my old Run pan, which fits beautifully, so didn't need to buy one separately!I was so pleased,

We bought this cast iron Woll pan to replace our old cast aluminum Woll because we now had an induction hob. The quality is of the highest and the detachable handle makes it usable for hob or oven. The handle is easy to clip on (or off) and is very secure. It has been used regularly now for around 3 years and is like new. Pricey but worth it.

Woll does not have a "coating" it is solid Titainium.Above is a spoiler from a competitor.

Have used Woll pans for years. Not found any problems with them
