This machine has a large 9kg drum and so it is deeper than smaller drum machines. Make sure you can fit it in before you buy. If you can then this is a fantastic machine for a large family. The huge 9kg drum means I do less washes, I can fit a duvet in (which I couldn't with my previous machine) and it also means that my washing doesn't get tangled up either. I also love the fact that it is top of the range of energy efficiency and on the end of the button panel it shows you how much energy & water is being used. The machine weighs/senses how much laundry you have put in the machine and never uses more electricity or water than it needs to.

I have to say I am pleased with the results I have gotten from this machine over the last two weeks of using it and the machine does exactly what the manual says. Clothes come out well washed after use. The Zen Technology built in to the machine replaces the traditional belt. This makes the machine super silent and vibrations are very minimal! You would not hardly realise it was switched on as it is very quiet! It is even quiet on its powerful 1400 rpm spin. The powerful jets inside the drum help to save water and seem to work well on dirt and removing stains. The drum is spacious and ideal for a large family. Added to this the machine is stylish and is a good addition to any kitchen.

This is an amazing washing machine, I love the 6th sense and how quiet the wash & spin is. There's so many options from the length of wash, how fast you would like your spin & what temperature to name a few. I love the quick wash option for 20mins but I'm a fan so far of the mixed wash which is 1hour long. My last washer didn't have a cycle this length it was either 20mins or 2 hours. So this is brilliant. The machine is so technical- the way it senses how much washing is in the drum to minimise water is amazing. You could use this machine at night without the risk of waking anyone as the spin and cycle is so quiet. My daughter has special needs and does not like noises so this is perfect for us.

I found very easy to use the washing machine it's says everything on the display and you can easily change between the programs temperature spin volume And the best of it it's extremely quite barely can hear it you can use it in the middle of the night and it will not disturb anybody Very economical sensing the weight of the clothes and using accordingly the water and clothes come out very clean I got toddler so we got very messy clothes usually I will wash his clothes on 60 degree but with this washing machine only 40 degree is enough to come out clean and it saves the quality of the clothes as well I can't think of any down sides Extremely highly recommended A++++++

This is a great state-of-the-art washing machine which not only looks good but is also economical and energy-efficient. It has a very handy large 9kg drum and is super quiet, too, which is an added bonus and sets it apart from every other washing machine previously owned. The touchscreen features with all the programmes and settings was initially a little daunting but very quick and easy to pick up once you get started. It has a very useful dosing aid feature which I had not come across before. This is a sturdy and well-built machine which I look forward to using for the next few years!
