I like this machine. We got it to wash linen and towels from an airbnb apartment which produces a double duvet cover, a double sheet, four pillowcases, two small towels, two bath towels and a dish towel each time we change it. The towels in particular made our previous machine shudder on the spin and took two loads. This machine can do the whole lot in one go, and quietly enough that with one door shut we can't hear it. The build quality feels solid and the direct drive motor definitely makes it quiet.
