Bought this to replace the hard drive in my Humax T2 PVR and double the capacity. it was very easy to replace and this HD is perfect for it, seeing as it's meant for surveillance use. Hopefully that also means it will last far longer than the original HD that was in my PVR.

This HDD is designed for DVR's and you can tell. It is silent in operation and runs a LOT cooler than the previouse one I had used. The search seems fater as well.All in all, So glad I bought this hard drive. I would recommend this to anyone.

Calling it a Surveillance drive is a misnoma, I'm using it on my PC and it's great
