Use this once a week with the cleansing conditioner and its so nourishing bit not heavy; I have white girl, bleached and curly hair, some products thay are this rich are often too heavy for my hair for hair and better suited to those with afro hair however my hair is bleached so i need the nourisment without the residue, this product is perfect for that(it is also just as nourishing for afro hair as i have used it on clients in the salon and hair feels just as good) again i would recommend this for any type of curl.
