I was surprised at some of the negative reviews as we have had a chance to use this product for some time now and have found it to be excellent. It collects so much water in our conservatory overnight (on Economy 7) that I have to empty it each day. We have also used it in the bedroom and although it is a little noisy (I have never found an effective dehumidifier that wasn't), sleeping wasn't a problem. The adapter we received was fine and works OK, but it would be easy to just fit a UK plug. After reading the other reviews I put ours on a tray (in case of leaks) but it has always been leak free, but looking at the design, if it was placed on an unflat surface I can see it might possibly leak.

Like others had a little trouble manually adjusting the plug to fit into an adapter, but can't falt it at all for the low price i paid it is ann excellent machine. Have been using for over a year now fault and issue free. Its also great next to the washing on those days we have to hang some indoors and the tumble drier is already busy!

We bought this for a very large conservatory which when it arrived we thought it would not cope however we were amazed at the power of such a small machineExcellent

Great product quick delivery works well. Comes with a euro plug so make sure you have a pare uk 13 amp plug handy to replace it with.
