Cats were initially hesitant about this hammock for a couple of days. They just sniffed at it but once my biggest one took the plunge, he loves it and this is now his must have sleeping bed but now my wee-est cat loves it too and the biggest cat lies in it with him to try and get him out of it. So, it's strong enough to hold two male cats at 4.7kg and 5kg although not recommended for both together.Disclaimer though if you get one hammock and have more than one cat, you'll have to buy another one for each other cat.Overall highly recommend as comfortable, spacious and feels safe for cats as they can curl up a 'hide' their wee faces.

My cats love it so much that they sit on top of one another to get on it.. It's the battle of the hammock. They of course would prefer the hammock to themselves but It is proving to be a battle of who gets it first. Normally they see that the other is in there and walk off but the other day they done this (sat on top of each other). Needless to say Maggie-Mae (the tabby) wasn't too impressed when Jack the Ginger sat on her. I intend to buy another hammock to attach to the lower levels of the post so they get a hammock each.. It's a nice sturdy hammock and plenty of room for "one" large cat,

My cats love this - bought this as we got a new, sturdier cat tree for my largish cats, and the old one had a similar (smaller) hammock that they loved. Attached easily to new cat tree - it is a fight over which one gets to sleep in the hammock, so may need to buy another! My cats are both 4-5kg and this holds either one of them easily with no drooping. Very sturdy - better quality than a hammock we had before that came as part of their previous tree. They seem to prefer it to the little cat "beds" that came as part of the cat tree.

Very sturdy, I bought because my kitten had outgrown the smaller one that comes with my floor to ceiling cat tree and she loves curling up in her hammock bit so this bigger one was perfect! Very pleased it fit the tree I had too, seems a universal fit so that was great! Only nag would be that I’d of preferred an option to just buy one alone as opposed to having to buy two, but I’ll use that as a spare/maybe replace her first baby smaller one if she’ll let me ! Lol 100% recommend

This was an excellent buy, my cats love it and sit in it regularly. It is a thick metal circle and once attached to my existing cat tree, it is sturdy, doesn't bend or move around. Its not quite as deep as it looks in the pictures and it is quite a large circle (I thought it looked a little like an oval shape in the picture) Still a bit of room to snuggle for my two cats when they get in together (they are not v big cats though 3.5 and 4kg)

Wonderful. I had a cat tower with a smaller hammock that both the kittens decided they wanted to sleep in. At first they could share but now they're to big so I actually bought two of these hammocks and attached them high and low by removing a smaller platform. Now they take it on turn to sleep in them. If one is in the top hammock the other will go to the bottom and vice versa. A perfect solution and very happy kittens.

My cats love these hammocks. I have five cats, three floor to ceiling cat trees and I put extra hammocks on them all. Sometimes they like to be alone lone on one tree, and other times they are all on they same cat tree in different hammocks. At least three cats together, the other two prefer the shelves. Most cats love these hammocks. The higher hammocks are the favourites, and they usually try for the highest first!

The Trixie line of products is great. We got this as an addition to our current cat tree. We have 2 big heavy cats and they both love this (we call it the basketball hoop) hammock (which is why we bought another).Its luxuriously lined with lovely thick fabric. The metal ring that provides the support is rock solid and extremely capable of supporting large heavy cats (ours are 7.5kg and this thing doesn't budge).

Easily replaced original unit. Only slightly bigger, but gave better than expected room for cat now, he fits in fine now! Seemed very strong when fitted, but oddly we found one day that the hoop had drooped a bit, was still tightly fitted in tower pole sections though. Bent hoop back level and has been O.K so far, will have to see how it goes. I would recommend this item.

It's perfect, cats are happy (after playing in the box it came in of course) it's a little bigger than expected but it fits great, bought it because we have 4 cats (unintentionally, they just show up) and they all wanted to lie in the small hammock, that was intended for the first cat ( the one that's in it on the picture) now the newbie also has a spot to call her own.

Really good our two cats love them. They fought over the one we had which had started to get old and tatty but now they are very pleased with their new ones and to now have one each! Lovely soft material and a good colour exactly like the picture (beige) our cats are 7 months and fit in it really comfortably so im very pleased with my purchase

This is quite a large hammock. I bought it because my two kittens both fought for the only hammock on their cat tree. Now they have this one as well and so one each. I shall buy another one soon because the size is good for adult cats too and they are almost too big now for the small one supplied with the tree. A great buy.

These hammocks are very resistant and with a very soft fabric. My kittens love them and they sleep always in them! so sweet :)I have to say that for the moment being 2 small kittens (6 months and 4 months) they easily fit together in 1 hammock, however hammocks are big enough anyway. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I don't have cat tree but it was so easy to attach it to my book case and my cat loves it! It's very strong and the metal area around the hole for attaching it is fairly robust so it will hold even heavy cat like mine. I would definitely recommend it - it's very good value for money.

I bought this to add to the other side of a cat tree that already has one of these Hammock seats. The original one is slighter larger in diameter and slightly deeper than this one.My smaller cat had already claimed the original one, leaving this new smaller one for the larger cat!
