excellent product - delivered quickly and connects to anything and makes something that was not wireless into something that is. Not the fasting thing on the market but it is pointless getting 500 mbps items when fastest broadband is 200mbps so this easily covers the needs and why pay more for 500mbps one. this was cheap too. except for the delivery cost - i should have collected in sainsbury but for covid reasons decided to have it delivered. would buy again and i use Argos a lot!

Having just built a new desktop I was looking for a way to connect to the internet. I'd looked around a wireless USB adaptors and seen them for a range of prices, even as cheap as a few quid. I wanted one that would be reliable and offer good speeds and have a warranty from a decent manufacturer. This product is great. The internet only occasionally gets disconnected but you really can't complain for the price and it comes with a good warranty. Looks smart too.

It works fine, faster than my old N versionI noticed it doesn't play well with a wireless range extender plug socket I have in the next room (that's also an older N type though), it works better when I disable the socketAlso...I can hear it whining faintly (very high pitch) when it's in useI know my hearing is freakishly good though so it probably won't bother most people. It doesn't really bother me to be honest, I'm just...aware of it

This signal booster was a life saver after the time and expense invested in creating a home office in a spare bedroom - my laptop stopped finding my home network in the list of available networks. I tried a number of 'fixes' but, although one worked temporarily, it didn't last. My daughter suggested a signal booster and it was delivered within 2 days of ordering. It was easy to install and I have had no further issues.

My PC is in a different room to my router so I connect via WiFi. I had been suffering slow internet speeds on the PC, despite speeds of up to 100mbps on the router and other devices.I plugged this device into my PC, it installed easily (but did need the installation disk for my Windows 7 system) - and magically I now have 70-90 mbps on my PC.Better than I expected and thoroughly recommend.

Plug and play. Driver was installed online downliad by connecting PC with phone tethering. Wind10 driver installed from website and off you go like laptop always connected. No signal drop or disconnection. Our BT router is behind the second door with 3 partiined hollow walls and or 2 doors. Invisibly small device to conceal in a out of reach usb 3 port.

My computer purchased in 2014 only had 2.4ghz wifi, having upgraded my home internet to faster wifi speeds I purchased the TP Link AC1300 USB Wireless Dual-Band Wi-Fi Adaptor to enable 5 GHz Wi-Fi.The setup was easy and I'm now enjoying a better more stable wifi connection and faster speeds. I would highly recommend this as a quick and easy upgrade.

Has made Covid-19 enforced homeworking possible by connecting my office desktop PC to our home router wirelessly. Straightforward set up using DVD supplied. Ordered online and collected instore from local Sainsbury's instore Argos with no delay & suitable social distancing. Would have been absoutely stuffed without this so thank you Argos/Sainsburys!

Excellent product. Small, compact and set up was a breeze. I use it to remotely log into work from home and it can carry some heavy data no problem. Definitely a good buy. Don't know about the faster connection rate but for current use it delivers the speed i need. As it's so small, can plug into laptop when mobile working

My daughters laptop kept dropping out whilst she was trying to do her remote homework. This adaptor is sturdily built and super easy to install. Plugged it in and it found Windows drivers straight away. Wifi strength went from 2 bars to 5 and she has had no more loss of service.Great price and great product.

This is a great little product. Have been using it for several weeks to connect to my home WiFi and have no complaints. I just plugged it in and it worked immediately, no setup. So far working fine and picking up a perfect signal through a concrete wall to where my router is. Design is compact & out of the way.

On the begining I wasn’t sure if the item will work on my PC so asked one of the team member.He was really nice and want to help me to choose the right wifi adaptor.Item finally is the right one and it’s work perfectly,so Im very happy,especially when the price was Good aswell.

After a long search, I was delighted to find what I needed at Argos. Friendly and helpful staff assisted me from a healthy distance. Not being tech savvy, I was pleased to be able plug in and get started with working from home instantly. Very relieved to say the least!

Only took a minute (if that) to install. Plug in, insert the drivers (CD), let it do its thing and boom you have wifi. No different from an embedded wifi card, as far as I can tell. Fully recommended if you're doing regular low key (aka not gamind) internet activities

I bought this for my sons gaming pc after his original one was damaged. It works brilliantly. Always connected to the wifi despite being in the black hole of the house. His room has always been a poor wifi spot but this adapter has never lost connection yet.
