I purchased these with some trepidation as I would never have considered spending this amount on saucepans. I got cold feet and was going to send them back. Glad I didn’t.When you feel the quality you realise why they are expensive.Quality shines through and I have never had an issue with a Tefal product ever. The whole lot nests together and only takes up the footprint of the frying pan which is why I purchased them as I’m tight on storage space and no sticking out handles wasting space either. They are saving me money on electric as to fry or get water boiling I don’t need to have the hob on any higher than 4. The fact they can be used in the oven is saving me more space in oven dishes.I’ve used them in the oven umpteen times with no issues. I use the big frying pan for my roast potatoes. As it’s non sticking no more grizzly oven tray to scrub.Don’t be put off by bad reviews. They are not fake. It clearly states on the box made in France Except uncoated metal pans and glass lids. The frying pans and handles are made in France.A fair amount of issue is people not reading instructions properly. The food sticks well with the exception of the frying pans the 3 saucepans don’t claim to be non stick. I’ve never had a problem with sticking but it may be the heat is too high? Tefal offers plenty of non stick coated options in this range. Another issue seems to be the handles. You cannot immerse them. They have mechanical parts inside. What’s the obsession with having to wash the handles? Food doesn’t really touch the handles so a wipe is sufficient. You use the toilet flush and door handles multiple times a day and they aren’t removable a wipe with a cloth or disinfectant wipe is sufficient. Failure in the handles can be caused by overheating. Basically when it’s on the hob remove the handle then click back on before moving or dishing up takes a little getting used to but so does any new concept. Leaving the handle on the pan during cooking overheats it. Again it Clearly states in the instructions. If it’s a deal breaker send them back before you use them.My last point is the rainbow marking in the bottom of the uncoated pans. This isn’t unique to Tefal as I have experienced this with other stainless steel cookware. I believe it is to do with the reaction of the metal with certain water types and whilst somewhat unsightly it’s completely harmless and can be removed. If I’m being really picky my only complaint is the instructions are not particularly comprehensive. It tells you the rainbow markings can be removed with vinegar or lemon juice but doesn’t provide the method to use. Also I would have liked the option of a 14 cm milk pan. Other than that I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Having used cheaper stainless pans for years I treated myself to these. They take up hardly any space and are fantastic to cook with. Unfortunately I've had a couple of problems. The click mechanism on one of the handles has stopped working. This was about 6 weeks after I bought the pans. Tefal customer service are sending me an envelope so that I can send it back for inspection. No promise of replacement and no guideline on how long I will have to cook with just one handle. I expect better given the price and the short amount of time I've had them for. The other problem I've had is the underside of the large fry pan and large saucepan discoloured and wouldn't clean up. Tefal were most unhelpful with this as well, and just send me a long pdf saying that I shouldn't put them on a high heat (really? They're saucepans and are supposed to be used to cook with!!) and that I shouldn't use harsh washing up liquid on them (Fairy anyone?), shouldn't leave them in the dishwasher (they haven't seen a dishwasher) and should be dried immediately (which I always do). They then went on to say that discolouration isn't covered by their warranty, which quite frankly left me very disappointed given that I'd only had them for six weeks. I would have returned them to Amazon and bought another set except I got them in the black Friday sale and didn't fancy paying the extra to get them replaced. I have found a solution to the tarnishing -BarTenders Friend cookware cleaner and polisher. Minimal amount and minimal elbow grease has got the pans looking like new again (and in case Tefal are reading this, no I didn't put it on the non stick inside of the fry pan).Daily use of these pans is a dream. I'd like a fry pan without the non stick inner so may get one separately. I've already added the splatter cover and saucepan strainer. I've also bought myself another handle so that I can manage whilst Tefal decide whether they're going to replace their sub standard one!Recommend the pans, don't recommend the manufacturer!!

good morning tefal, I purchased the tefal set one year ago and sadly yesterday one of the handles in the set stop working, in the sense that it does not grip properly the pots. as a result, I dropped all hot food cooking on the floor all over.. luckily I did not get hurt or anything. I am not entirely sure why this had happened and I would leave it to tefal to investigate. any products of any types have sometimes single faulty units.. I just would like a new handle please otherwise I can't use my pots and pans (they all need a handle grip). I am available to make a quick video to show the handle (in absolutely perfect conditions) not gripping the pans properly.also I am available to send over the handle back for inspection. I bought some velvet pans dividers too, and so all pans and pots are in perfect conditions. this is to say that everything had been treated correctly. frankly Im happy with the set apart from the handle episode.. Id recommend everyone to get the set and hopefully customer service here will address this for me too.thanks in advance

I previously owned the Tefal Ingenio non-stick pan stick and found the the non-stick coating soon started to wear off on the lips on each of the saucepans. This isn’t the case with these stainless steel pans. Even though this made the pans look unsightly they were still usable, until the non-stick coating started to flake off the base of pans. Once this happened, I didn’t feel happy using the pans and reluctantly started to look for a replacement set of pans even though the old non-stick Ingenio pans had lasted less than 2 years. I then stumbled across this set and thought these would be worth a try. I’ve not been disappointed, they still look box first after a month of use and having the measurements inscribed on the inside of the pans is a useful addition. As an added bonus my old Ingenio lids and handles also work with these pans too.

I bought this set because I really like the idea of storing all my pots and pans in a drawer. I've chosen the full stainless steel kit for quality reasons and I can't be happier about it. This set is more expensive, yes, but it's worth it.The set itself is so compact that when the box arrived I didn't believe it was it until I opened it up!The handle feels solid and sturdy. It has a very satisfying click and it does give you the feedback to trust that it won't crack open and make a mess of your kitchen. The pot doesn't wobble inside the handle, and I was expecting a bit of wobbling honestly.I've used them in the fridge, oven, electric and gas.I'm more than happy with them and If I have to recommend a set for a small kitchen THIS will be the one, hands down. Can't recommend it enough

Perfect design for storage with detachable handles, it takes up minimal space in our pan drawer. It's difficult to find decent pans suitable for induction hobs. We recently purchased a much cheaper pack of 'Tower' Pans that seemed to work initially but then randomly stopped over time leading us to believe that there was a fault with the hob. The engineer found no fault and suggested we buy a better set of pans. It would seem the more the pans were cleaned the poorer they functioned.Despite the Tefal set being 4 times the price of the Tower set, the quality is immeasurable. Just by the weight and thickness of the non-stick you can tell that this is a far superior product.Pans heat up in no time and food cooks cleanly. Definitely worth the extra expense.

My first impression of these saucepans is that they are beautiful items to have in my kitchen. It was the stackability that attracted me to them; the clean lines; and their versatility. They can be used on the hob, in the oven and with the neat plastic lids for storage in the fridge. I was not disappointed. As Marie Kondo would say, "They spark joy". I have not cooked with them yet so I can't comment on that. They only get four stars because the photo gives the impression that the saucepans are deeper than they actually are. If you like deep saucepans, as I do, make sure you read the measurements carefully, or you may be disappointed. Sadly,I will have to spoil the aesthetics in my cupboard by keeping one of my deep saucepans to make chicken stock.

I've needed new pans for ages. These keep catching my eye as very limited on space. Good ideas, smart design and good selection. Would have liked a larger pan and a milk pan. Love double up as fridge bowls saving further on storage space. Mine water stained straight off to my distain - had hoped for the lovely finish to last. Guess could oil them a little. Their very expensive in my opinion, fair to say a good set is and also that they last. Just such an expensive item. I got them in pre Xmas reductions figured probably not get so much off them until next Xmas. Became my Xmas gift from household (although, kids didn't put anything in towards them,... Well) new home too,so double excuse to treat big.

We have had the Ingenious non stick pans for along time, but the nonstick was wearing off, so,decided to take the plunge and ordered these stainless steel pans. They are without doubt better than the non stick variety , easy to clean, Iuse bicarbonate of soda and it does not scratch the surfaces. We have l8mited space in our compact kitchen, but this set of pans allows us to have a wide range of sizes. The fact that they go from hob to oven, saves on casserole dishes. This set also includes a set of plastic lids, which we have used, very useful if you make double quantity and need to freeze, keeps the food fresh in the fridge. All in all I love this set and would not hesitate in recommendingthem.

All very good except for three niggly issues: the handles can’t be put in the dishwasher (or even submerged in water). Also the pans are quite shallow so it’s very difficult to avoid getting the handles dirty. Finally, the lids are quite hard to position for draining liquid from the pans due to the lie-flat design, although maybe I just need to practise in order to get the hang of it.The fact that only minimal storage space is required is a big advantage, and the pans fit in the dishwasher very well due to not having a handle in the way. They feel solid, and the lids fit well. The plastic lids are also handy for leftovers.

My mum kept complaining about previous pots and pans so I decided to get her new ones and these seemed to fit the bill as it is non stick and compact. It arrived very quickly and my mum was very happy with them. Though they are slightly smaller than what we used to have so far they are doing the job. I would definitely recommend this for a family of 4 looking to save some kitchen space. The handles are easy to manage and sturdier than what you would think. I was initially sceptical but now I can't imagine not having these as part of our kitchen as it saves us lots of room in the fridge and in this way we can avoid plastic.

We bought our set in September 2019 so have had 6 months of use now. It is brilliant, the pans are great quality, and the storage is perfect as they fit nicely into our pan drawer. I was able to get rid of 4 old ones and now it all looks nice and tidy. My only complaint is the the pans aren't sold separately as I would like to get a couple more of the smaller ones - I know that sort of defeats the object of them stacking inside each other, but it would be nice to have the option. I would also like a really large one for pasta and big batches of soup, hint hint....

Brilliant pans! Brought these as we don’t have much cupboard space. They work very well on our aeg induction hob. They stack perfectly in our cupboard saving so much space and they feel a good quality too. We use all the pans regularly and so far they are all in near perfect condition. We wash our pans by hand rather than in the dishwasher and they always clean up well. Slight discolouration to the inside of stainless pans but what is expected after lots of use and can be cleaned up to almost barely visible with ThePinkStuff. Overall for the price I am very impressed

Bought these during prime day and couldn’t be happier with them. I’m not sure I would have ever paid full price as it just seemed a bit much for pots and pans but now that we have them and love them I wouldn’t hesitate in the future. These are everything we hoped for. Great quality, so much easier to store, tidier in the cupboard and love being able to remove the handle so they can be put in the oven or the dishwasher. A real game changer in our kitchen and thrilled that we got them for such a good price on prime day, makes it all that more enjoyable.
