It is a bit on the big side as the name suggests "XL" but quality, beautiful, just the right size for me, sturdy wheels and long telescopic handle because I am on the taller side. I am a uni student and needed this to carry my 15.6 inch laptop and books to and from school. My previous laptop bag was killing my shoulders and back, this was a big relief. Has extra space for my thermos or clothing if I decide to stay at a friends overnight, extra pockets for my tablet and other girly stuff.

i love this and it was exactly what i wanted, the only thing stopping a 5 star is its a bit awkward to get shirts etc in clothing section without creasing if rest of bag loaded due to limited access. overall very good and just what I was looking for
