overall pleased with the bag. the entire bag is made of nylon and is very light. the outside has two textures, mainly a fine weave, and then a slightly more plastically (and lighter coloured) highlights on the front to the side of the smaller pocket. there is a small leather badge on the front. the zippers are nice. thick, metal, with good action. there are two main sections, the zipper is top loading, and goes about 2 inches down on either side. on the backside there is a velcro strap to slide onto a luggage handle, and there is a open pocket which is tight against the bag, good to hold some papers/magazines for easy access. finally, there is a detachable strap. has a small padded section,but not that padded. lots of loose stitching/threads.in the small pocket, there are several organised sections:1, larger slot to fit a portable hard drive (i put my charger in)2, medium slot for a phone? (i put intl mains converter)3, two slots for pens4, two slots, one shallow, one full length (i use the smaller to put my usb sticks, and the larger for my portable battery charger)there are no velcro or zippered sections. the liner and slots are a very thin, papery nylon, black coloured. questionable how long it will last.the main section is about 1in depth. it has a separated padded section with a velcro strap to hold in your computer. i have a macbook pro (2015), and felt it was a bit loose considering this is a bag labelled for 13.3in computers. for sure you could get a 14", and maybe even at 15.4" in any of these sections. the bottom of the bag is not padded that well, so a bit questionable there. also in the main section is another pocket (other side of the small front pocket). its the same thin papery nylon, and a bit loose. i think its meant to put an ipad or larger notebook in there? one side is padded so its protected against anything in the front pocket. between this pocket and the computer pocket, there is more space for notebooks, binder, papers, etc. the second section on the back side is narrower and padded both sides. i plan to use this section for my computer. again, its a bit looser for a macbook. could fit a padded sleeve plus the computer.considering that its less than £20, you cant expect too much. it doesnt compare anywhere close to the victorinox i have in terms of quality. its better than a belkin. and just a bit lower than a wenger. what it is is very functional, light, and compact (not rigid, could compress in your carry on luggage easily). im happy with my purchase. just need to swap out the shoulder strap (which you can do since its not sewn in).

I spent a lot of time and effort researching and looking for the perfect work rucksack and I think I've found it. At £18 it is absurdly good value for money.I was looking for something that was small, stylish, discrete, practical, protective, comfy - this ticks all the boxes.Size is an important issue for any rucksack and I think this finds the right balance between being small enough to be light and practical and stylish but being big enough to hold all the things you would want in a work day. It has a slim profile if you just carry a laptop (which is well protected), but the main compartment will expand another 2-3 inches if needed - be it for work files, a few books, a lunchbox etc.The main zips can be locked with a padlock too. The front pocket has handy organiser pockets. There are 2 mesh side pockets for a drink bottle or umbrella.It's very comfy, padding on the back and the straps, and distributes weight well so it feels very light when it's on your back. No rucksack advertises as being 100% waterproof - but I've been out in pretty heavy rain and everything has remained dry inside.The only other small rucksack I came close to buying is the Case Logic DLBP114k (which has far more reviews) - but I think this is better. The Case Logic does not have mesh side pockets for a drinks bottle. Also it has red details in the design - I prefer this Dicota which is all black and looks more discrete and professional. The only feature the Case Logic has that this would benefit from is the way of hiding the dangly bits from the main straps, but it's a minor point.An excellent bag at an excellent price!

I've used a traditional leather laptop bag for my fairly heavy 15" laptop which was together fairly heavy & limited in carrying additional items.I went for this Dicato laptop bag as they have been recommended in some independent reviews comparing all makes.At first this Dicota looked rather large, but it swallowed up my laptop, lunchbox, fruit, power adapter, cables, mouse etc.Used it once on a journey from Manchester to London using the train & quality seems to be fairly reasonable.If you have a 15" or 17" laptop & need a fair bit of extra space for other items - this bag is ideal.With the padded shoulder straps it felt comfortable,the weight was distributed evenly & thus was ideal for travelling which involved walking some distances.Only minor negative points are- the internal strap to secure the laptop could have longer velcro to secure a 15" laptop (Dicota's web site does state the bag will suit a 15" laptop), would be useful to have a couple of extra zipped pockets on the front & the 2 side net pockets for drinks etc could be a little deeper to support longer bottles.Overall though an excellent value spacious bag for the money!!

This laptop bag is as described. I have an old 17 inch Dell Laptop (still going). It fits with a litle bit of play, so there should not be any rubing on the computer. The strap is the usual velco connextion. Which, stops the laptop from falling out. The side pocket takes the mains adaptor, with room to spare. Pocket inside for A4 papers, upto the old imperial (larger) size. For the price, the quality is excelent. I have removed the shoulder strap and use the handles, my preference. The bag has padding, so it will take some knocks.NB the size relates to the sceen size. The bag measures 19 3/4 inch's corner to oposite corner (Diag.) 50 cm Approx. My Dell is 19 inch's.

I really love this laptop bag. The colour is lovely, the capacity is perfect and the side pockets really useful. The price was fair for the quality of the bag. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the promised 'strap on the back for carrying on telescopic luggage handles' doesn't exist. I was so disappointed as this was one of the main reasons for choosing this particular bag. I bought it just before a trip away and it was too late to change it but I decided to keep it anyway. Although a little large for my HP STREAM AX14 laptop when secured with the strap,it doesn't move about , AND ..... The there is sufficient space left inside for me to neatly pack my Kindle, Nintendo, and Canon IXUS camera plus all the chargers, leads and software/hardware they require. The extra outside pockets are sized for papers/pens.Stylish. Very well made and appears to be durable but only time will tell. VERY PLEASED.

Great and sturdy for my work laptop. I have since bought a second one for my home laptop. Only ‘issue’ (which is more aesthetic than actually a real issue) is that the front pocket sags when things are in it.One other point was that it originally was advertised as having a luggage strap (there isn’t one) and this was a bit disappointing when I needed it for travel.

I purchased this laptop bag as a present. It was for a Acer laptop which when measured across was over 15". It fitted really secure and could fit power lead and plug in the pocket. It is a nice snug fit and I really like this and it means the laptop won't bounce around on transport. Really secure. The bag itself is finished to high standard. Delivered very promptly.

Well made and good quality, this laptop case is much better than I expected. It’s really good value and will last me a good long time. It has a big useful pocket on the front and straps inside to hold the laptop steady. Also has a shoulder strap and is a great colour. Definitely recommend.

This bag is of good quality , it’s light weight and perfect for laptop storage . It opens up like a suitcase and it’s perfect for dipping in and out of when looking for files etc . If you’re looking for a laptop bag that’s not too bulky and stylish then this one is for you .

Great laptop bag-pocket at the back and front. Also 2 pockets inside. Fits a 15.6" laptop. Only downside is the strap came off when I was carrying it and the laptop fell onto the floor-so I am waiting to see if it happens again

It's great, works well, material maybe feels a bit cheap. Not a lot in the way of room in the front pocket. It's a bit heavy too but it fits my laptop which I was doubtful about, its sturdy which I need and the colour is great

Birthday present for husband. He really like it and I just loved the color. My bag is black so I wanted a different color for him but I really liked the gray. Bag is well put together too. Very pleased with it.

bought for relative wanted something for her other thasn just the usual colour , this is a nice shade of red that matches well with laptop of same colour, light weight and well made, pleased with purchase
