I decided to purchase the clam shell classic version of the bag because I was just looking for a low cost yet well made bottom range laptop case so I could take my heavy laptop as a personal item for air travel. This bag has not disappointed and has met my expectations well and I'm pleased with my purchase- Material: The bag itself is made of a nylon material which In the past I've found to be durable for these types of item. Whilst not glamorous or fancy or nice to the touch it will certainly be quite hard wearing. I expect it to last me for a long time to come. The stitching overall is solid I haven't noticed any frays or imperfections on my bag. There is padding but it's not as extensive as you would find on higher priced models.

Before going for it, I was quite hesitant about buying this laptop bag mainly due to the low price. I didn't think I would get a high quality bag at that price. But thank god I went for this in the end because this bag is excellent.I usually use it for a heavy 15.6" laptop and it seems to do the job very well. There's some more space available to add any stationary too.The bag is exactly as described but obviously there will be some issues when you prioritise budget over quality but I assure you this would never make me spend three or four times more on a better quality bag.The main issues I came across is the stitching which doesn't seem too strong. I ordered 3 of these laptop bags for 3 brand new laptops purchased for work.It is suitable for laptops up to 16 inches.They are lightweight but do have decent padding to protect whatever is inside.It also comes with a removable shoulder strap which is comfortable enough.The bag is dual zipped with an eye to allow a small padlock to be attached to secure devices, and a comfortable carry handle.At the front of the bag there is a large Velcro fastened pocket with ample space for chargers and computer mice.Similarly, at the back there is another Velcro sealed pocket for storing papers or cables. An excellent choice of Roller Bag for anyone on a budget. This case is well made with a tough weather resistant material exterior and has plenty of room for a laptop of up to 16 inch screen size, plus loads of additional space for a whole day's worth of college books etc. The handle extends smoothly and is robust and comfortable to use - even for tall people. The bag is stable on its wheels when pulling it along over most surfaces and stands upright when at rest. The handle stows away neatly when not in use. A minor plus point is that the zipper has loops to enable using a small security padlock if you feel the need to.

For a start this was delivered on a Sunday which i was very happy with.The item came in a strong cardboard box and once inside it was wrapped in a clear plastic bag.On the outside it has a front Velcro pocket with a flap over and a rear Velcro pocket without flap and a sturdy handle.Opening it the zips do feel a little flimsy but with care should be OK.The inside top panel has 3 elasticated pen holders, a credit card or business card slot and a non Velcro slid compartment. It also has 3 netting pockets(2 small 1 larger).On the lower panel inside you have a large compartment which a 15.6 laptop would fit very nicely into and 2 Velcro straps to wrap over the top to hold your laptop in place.Loose

Bought this bag to take school work to and fro. Previously I have had a crate trolley, but that proved far too big (I just ended up bringing too much school work home, and not being able to lift it into car). Also the crate was ugly when it was at home full of work. This case is unobtrusive in the house. There is plenty of room to fit files etc. and laptop, and easy to get in and out of car using the carry handles. The extending handle is in its own zipped pocket - some other roller cases had the inside exposed when the handle was extended. Front pocket big enough for thick diary and other bits. Came quickly and not over packed. Not had it for long, but seems very sturdy and up to the job.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot for the price. But its certainly good enough for the purpose I bought it. My Asus TUF FX505 laptop fits perfectly, and there's 2 extra pockets secured with velcro on each side to keep your charger and accessories in. I only really wanted it to store the laptop at home in when I'm not using it, to give a bit of extra protection, and it does that perfectly. Its not too bulky, and its quite well padded. With that said though, I'm not sure I would trust it if I was using it daily to carry the computer around, or travelling abroad with it. If you did do that, you would definitely want to put it in another bag, especially if your laptop cost you a lot of money.

This is the 3rd case from Targus that I have had in the last ten years but it is the first new one,as all the others were hand me downs. Overall I am very happy with these and they do what I want. I am a copier engineer and they carry my tools as well as a 15”laptop. Both the previous ones wheels were wobbly but functional after quite a lot of use. Likewise the zips started to play up and not fasten properly. Used every work day I would expect to get 3 years or more from them. For the price that is more than acceptable. After 5 months the wheels split. Their diameter has reduced so that the bottom of the case was catching all the time and case became unusable. Purchased a set of 75mm suitcase repair wheels .

I can't really fault this for the price, but I have two issues.Firstly, I had to send back the first one I received because one of the zips didn't close behind the zip. This couldn't be fixed because of how the zip was sewn in and I was worried about important items falling out on transit.Secondly, I previously had a targus bag which did me great service for four years of heavy work use (or thereabouts) and this version is missing some of the original bag's features. Specifically, there's no pocket on the inside of the front flap, and the front zip only has one zip, rather than two on the same zipper. This means that the front pocket is less useful and the zip dangles on the ground when closed (it can't be closed with the zips together at the top.That said,

This case has more than paid for itself, I previously bought a much more expensive (and prettier) case however it didn't last and the handle broke off dropping my laptop on the floor. This case was a fraction of the price and whilst it may not win any prizes for its looks it definitely is the sturdiest case I have ever used.It has been great for transporting my laptop/tablet to and from university everyday. It is also incredibly useful on the train if I come home for the weekend. I've had it for months and it is still in perfect condition, it has definitely double or triple sewn. Plus it has lots of pockets so you can easily store lots of other things as well (diaries, pen, paper pads etc).

This case holds my 13" Mac, a laptop tray with cushion attached, a power lead, a mouse, and it still has space for bits and pieces like CDs, papers, etc.It looks very basic, which is exactly what I wanted - no expensive designer logos, a "bog-standard" case which (hopefully) will not attract any attention from thieves.Just to be aware - the the main" compartment can be padlocked using a standard suitcase-type padlock (not supplied) on the plastic loops built into the zip, however as with most cases of this type, a thief would easily force it open. It took only three days to receive my bag which I was very pleased about, also it came in a sturdy car board box that protected it very well.The bag itself is a very nice quality product, it does not look nor feel like a ten pound bag. I can carry everything like laptops, netbooks, tablets, wireless mouses, phones, books and charges for all of them at the same time thanks to the compartments and pockets located on the exterior and interior of the bag. The strap distributes the weight of the bag evenly over the shoulder of the user, so it is ideal for people that travel for long distances at a time.The only sign of the low price are the plastic buckles that attach the bag to the strap,

If you want a briefcase on wheels with file compartments rather than a suitcase with clothes compartment then this is the solution. The larger rear compartment could hold a few overnight items, but is better-suited to paperwork (pardon the pun). This is the best price by a long shot for similar items. My previous wheeled case (American Tourister) had thicker padding and lining and the frontal stationary compartment had a two-way zip like the larger sections which is preferable when accessing bags that remain upright, so this could be improved, but it rolls freely and has strong carry handles when needed. Strong outer fabric. Pull handle extends for tall peops. Carry all your office kit with no strain.

It gets Five Stars for the money and four for the show!Take no notice of the loonies on here who gave this bag just one or two stars.What did they expect? Hand finished Italian leather?This bag was a nice fit for my Wife's HP15 15.6 laptop. It has padded edges to protect the laptop but padding front and back is minimal.Not that this should worry you.It has a pocket in the front large enough for the mains adaptor and charger and leads etc.Inside there are handy pockets for pens, business cards and papers and other small compartments for memory sticks and CDs.Very well designed and well worth the money.

Great bag. It's spacious and has pocket on front for lanyard, wallet and keys. It's eliminated the bad back and sloping shoulders I was developing. I'm a teacher and I got fed up of imitating a pack horse staggering to work with load -a laptop bag, a schoolbag and a big bag of books of marking! This gives me my hands free so I can open doors with all my stuff rather then using my little finger, elbows and knees to get through! It's sturdy and good looking and not the obvious multi coloured plastic crate on wheels that just screams "TEACHER". Great purchase and I'm glad I listened to the reviews on here.
