Does exactly what it says. I keep the booklet nearby so i can remember which icon means what.If you are training and looking to use this to monitor progress you need to think about how to log it. I use fitbit app and i enter the info once ive been weighted to track my progress. I havent seen a way the scales do this for you currently. That said, im really happy i got them, deally motivating

Scales do exactly what they say. Quite simple to set up and have lots of information to help manage your weight and overall health. Yes, they are a little bit small for people with large feet but their compact size makes them easy to store. Also if you want to just jump on them to see how just you weight is going you can. Seem accurate and would Definitely recommend.

The scales offer all the analysis you would want to monitor your health but the only issue is that the two monitor pads are suited more to smaller feet. I struggled to get the measurements to complete and I am only a size 8.So those with bigger feet should consider one of the other Tanita models

It's a very good tool to keep track of one's progress. It's cheap and great quality. Small and reliable. Even though it only has feet electrodes, the measurements are within correct parameters. It will never be as precise as DEXA but still awesome machine.

Easy to set up and use. Does exactly as described. I’ve found it to be accurate compared to body fat calipers too. Looks quite nice in my bathroom too. Would recommend.

Really impressed with my new Tanita scales. Perfect size, light in weight. Very accurate reading of weight, BMI etc. Would definitely recommend
