I bought the BC44 at lightning deal price, and am pleased with this purchase.The unit comes with a neat, sturdy protective case, a pair of AAA batteries, and comprehensive multilingual user manual.If used correctly this unit is very accurate. I compared the readings to a Riester upper arm monitor and was surprised to find that the results were very similar.Yet in order to get reliable readings it is very important to follow the instructions.Quote" It is essential to support your arm and have it at an angle. I wished to buy an arm monitor but webb site had no link to the excessories to purchase the larger band which I Required so brought this it works well comes all ready to go in a neat case easy to use but must get it on reasonable tight or you get error reading but easy to resolve, good value and seems accurate
