I purchased this "daylight" fluorescent tube to replace the "warm white" flourescent tube in the bathroom. Wow! What a difference in brightness. It was true daylight in night time darkness. My first thoughts were "brilliant". When I exited the bathroom onto the landing, the landing light looked so gloomy and yellow. I put up with the new bathroom light for approximately 1 week and then decided it was too bright making the landing and bedroom lights appear so dull. I have now replaced the "daylight" fluorescent tube with a Sylvania 2400 lumen 32 watt "warm white" light and the house is now back to normal.I would recommend this light if you want a bright daylight fluorescent tube but if you're

Daylight bulb, nice and bright and totally flicker free. Arrived 2 days after ordering and superbly packed. Came in it's own card wrapper which was then large bubble wrapped in both directions and then placed in a large thin cardboard box clearly marked with "breakable" packing tape. I'm very impressed with both the tube and the light bulb company. If it wasn't for the 12 year life expectancy I'd order another immediately!

This is an excellent item that does a better job than the bulb it replaced and yet it cost far less.The light is very natural and bright without being harsh.If it lasts nearly as long as stated, it will be the bargain of the year!

This was a replacement for a bathroom mirror tube which gave off a very poor light. I ordered the "daylight" version and it is much better and brighter. Great for when I am putting on make-up. Can recommend.

Excellent value for money. it took a bit of time before it started up the first few times but now has settled in properly. Bright white light. no issues so far.

Arrived intact and works perfectly.The original order didn't arrive, and the seller couldn't have been more helpful - a replacement was sent out immediately.

Very well packaged and prompt delivery. The light has excellent brightness would recommend as good product at reasonable price.

Perfect replacement for the old bulb. The fitting came from Wickes, but they no longer sell the bulbs. Very good packaging.

bright cold white light, would perhaps look for a warm white next time, but fast/efficient service and perfect fit.

They really brighten up the kitchen and dining area - lights gives a blue light rather than an orangey warm light.
