The strap is useless as its not attached to the bag at all. It is in built in some long, plastic tube that is under the flap. If the bag has got some weight in it then flap opens and bag falls open on the floor as the button on its own can't take any weight and the strap isn't attached. Definetly don't try putting your laptop inside as it will smash! However the bag is very good quality and is great if using without the strap for keeping files, documents, drawings etc inside and looks very classy, girly and definetly not as cheap as it cost. Inside is very nicely finished too. If you're carrying it in hands, feel free to store your laptop.

I have the same complaint as others - the popper isn't strong enough to hold it together.If you don't mind to add some additional poppers by yourself, then it's completely worth it. I got it for 5 pounds and I'm still satisfied, since it looks nice.

good price for a well made product...my best mate was delighted with her present.very professional,lovely inner lining and perfect size for her dell laptop.so its now a very well used gift!highly recommended.
