Hi,Really good butter dish. Phthalate free plastic. Bamboo lid.Remove the loose plastic insert from the inside base area and it fits a standard UK butter pat.Lovely bamboo lid - very classy.Heavy duty, good quality plastic with a satin feel to the outside - gloss inner.Won't smash on a hard/tile floor or Belfast sink if dropped like other white butter dishes can !Should have plastic in the UK English description as some people expect it to be porcelain.Phtalatenpasst is the only clue I could find in the German description.

Bought this having wanted a good quality, in-breakable butter-dish.So far, very happy with it. It's holds a well known brand of butter with the insert still inside, however if needed, I can remove the insert very easily.I really like this as it's a bit difference to the standard butter dishes because it holds the butter and also look quite sleek and modern in my kitchen.The added benefit of course being that with a toddler in the house, I am not so worried if he pick up the dish and does drop it!

Really nice, little over prize but that's what you get when there is no a.product similar in the market. In beatiful but the material shows really easy the finger prints and there is no way that a 1 pound of butter will fit in. This butter box is not as hightas the standard block of butter, is wider although

Love this butter dish fits block of butter no probs goes well in my new kitchen good that lid fits on top off butterBit to expensive for plastic wish I could ave found ceramic for same price but does the job

Simple design, I like that the butter sits in the base with sides rather than the lid covering the sides on other designs. Quality manufacturing and easy to clean. UK butter blocks fit well.

Great butter dish, modern and super light weight as I was fed up using my ultra heavy Denby one every day and yes a pack of butter does fit but they never give you much head room!

Lovely box and came well. It matches what we have and for that reason alone we paid so much, it's not really worth this mark up as a stand alone.

Absolutely beautiful butter dish, looks very classy and my toddler can use it too without me worrying that she’ll break it. It’s lovely
