I bought five of these stands as Xmas gifts. They seemed useful celebration/party spread tableware. You can use each level individually - as a two tier or full three tier stand, and they stack inside/underneath each other so only take up the space of the largest when stored. They looked easy to clean and quite robust being plastic. Could be used as a fruit stand as quite large - ideal for many things - afternoon tea with sandwiches at the bottom & cakes etc at the top - cupcake stand - display stand for biscuits or anything you choose. A good quality item - my only niggle was that they came wrapped in plastic and not in a box - nightmare to gift wrap! Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I have to admit, I normally hate plastic products on the table, but this etagere is different. It doesn't look cheap at all, especially when loaded with bread and bread rolls or fruit. It is lightweight and assembling is so quick and easy. We used it on the dining room table on the patio and it always 'fits' right in. I have got the biggest size and that is the best for our family. The smallest would make a nice gift with some chocolate on it. It could also be used to store everyday jewellery.

Babell is an excellent example that a kitchen item can be functional and a pleasure to look at.Functionality:- lots of space for cakes, fruits, appetizers, sushi, etc.- easy to clean- can be disassembled into three units for space-saving storage or for use as three separate, easy-to-carry dishes- safe in families with small children and petsLooks:- modern- fun- in black color, has certain drama and eleganceI absolutely love it and soon shall buy a Baby Babell, maybe even two :-)

I bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts for 2 different friends both of whom entertain a lot. I picked this item because I loved the design and the colour. Both friends have told me they have used it a lot already - one used it for different kinds of salami on the Boxing Day buffet and the other piled it high with little cakes, and they both love the fact that it can be used as a 2-tier stand, or even 3 different dishes. A resounding hit! I may even order another one for myself

I run a cupcake business so have tried many different types of stand. This one is the best by far!The "mexican hat" style means it can be assembled in seconds unlike some tiered stands which arefiddly to build. You can space your cupcakes how you like unlike the stands with holders whichsometimes mean the cakes are too close together. It is super stylish and amazingly light whichis a bonus if you need to transport it. All in all a brilliant design, really pleased with it.

This is the second Babell fruit stand I have and Ive owned the first one for years now, it's still in perfect shape (it's black). The new one is for my brand new white kitchen: it looks great on the kitchen counter. It's sturdy plastic so can easily be wiped with a sponge or washed in the dishwasher. In every day life, all my fruit and veggies are displayed on the stand. I also often use it at dinner parties as a cut-vegetable stand or display of amuse-bouches.

Lovely, stylish, shiny black finish. A very versatile stand, can be used for afternoon tea, fruit or at parties. It can be separated and used as a one, two or three tiered stand. Easy to wash and striking in appearance. Very pleased with my purchases as bought two yellow and one black Babell L etageres.

I bought this cake stand to display our fruits on the kitchen counter, as I got tired of having a mess of packaging and fruits on it. There's plenty of room for the fruits, my counter looks neat and tidy now!Easy to wash, good value. I think it would make a nice housewarming gift, too.

I bought this to display all the fruits that I bought for my sons birthday party. And I'm so glad I did. We were very nervous as I left for the last minute but arrived very quickly and it's very good quality plastic. It was perfect for the chocolate fountain. The children love it.

I read the one review for this item and decided to purchase it . In actual fact the other reviewer was righ!!!And it looks better than described and shown .Retro style and an asset to any kitchen/ dining area especially if you like red!Its an amasing buy for the price .

Absolutely a great piece for fruit display and storage, could have done with more space between the tiers and a slightly more diameter to each dish, but all in all very good price (compared to other sites online).Very sturdy and stylish too !

Bought as an addition to place on top of the larger stand I have. I used it to store fruit in the kitchen.. The bottom tray of this was removed so that it could sit on top of my existing stand seamlessly, and thus, it fits perfectly.

I love this I have used as a cake stand but mainly use to keep fruit on in my dinning room very nice product and great to store away too as splits into 3 sections very happy customer will be buying another for my sons party

I bought this (in white) for use as a cake stand but currently use for keeping my fruit as it keeps them all separate and looks lovely in my kitchen. It's very lightweight but sturdy plastic. I love it!
