I was using it to cook meat. I always heat the pan really well to seal the steak efficiently. After a year of use during a regular cooking the pan released 2 pieces of coat from the spots that the steak piece was placed.I used it every week, so 50-60 times of usage and its done. Never put it in dishwasher, only used sponge to clean and its still done.
