Staub has delivered an amazing quality pot in a versatile size, perfect for my family of five. I bought this for the round-bottom shape, which is hard to find, especially at this price point. All the meals I've made have turned out perfectly and it looks great on the table. I'm yet to try an actual Bouillabaisse in my Bouillabaisse pot though.

I use this to make Chinese pot rice, ( traditionally a clay pot is used). It is excellent, heat conducted quickly and it takes only 15min to make a dinner. Wonderful

What can I say ? You pay for what you get ! Absolutely stunning, afraid to use it as it looks so good !
