If you are in contact with other artists doing mixed media work then buy a box of these and you'll have no problem getting rid of any excess you feel you might have. That said I've yet to come across a mixed media artist that ever has a point of view other than "you can't have too many art supplies".Also useful and more accurate in some applications that would normally use the more traditional chinagraph pencil. Wipes off most non porous surfaces with a damp cloth.

Too damned awesome, so much better than chinagraphic pencils they are that bit more hard wearing (though still soft) and mark just about anything. I find them indespensible for dark work tops when marking out, and also excellent for tiles glass laminates ...........

these pencils are kind of like charcoal only they produce a much finer result than i have experienced with some other brands. this is very useful as it results in a nice dark grade when producing drawings. i think that i am going to find them extremely useful.

Use these for marking out steel... the pencils have a waxy texture which makes marks easy to see and means that they wash off with water (unlike using sharpies/markers) don't rub off whilst working (like when using chalks ect).. would thoroughly recommend

Stablio pencils white are unique they are removable from most surfaces as long as they are not left, even after 24hrs they wipe off with warm water. A little expensive but worth it.

Love these pencils. Never ordered them from this seller though. However will definitely use again especially as they used a recycled box to ship in. Great ethos. Keep this up.

absolutely amazing pencils: I use them to add depth to my mixed media either dry or with water. Highly recommended for all mixed media artists and art journalers in particular

Great pencils for marking fabric and other projects with, especially as the marks wash off. Only downside is the price, as they are very expensive for a pencil.

Just perfect for my needs ...if you dont like smokey out lines suggest you do not purchase ...but for me its exactly what i wanted

Great pencils for highlighting and blending.... very bright and opaque but soft enough to blend. Great value pack. Will buy again.

I love this product for using in my mixed media pieces. And the extra bonus of it being watersoluble makes it even better to use

In the global world of mixed media, these (in black, too) are known as the 'magic' pencils, a fact which speaks for itself.

These are amazing and fantstic for use in mixed media art - they will colour over pretty much any surface.
