This is exactly what I wanted. It perfectly fits my Macbook Air 13 inch, model A1466.It makes the laptop appear to be embedded in clear ice. Other reviews have prepared me for eventual scratches, but at least the Macbook itself will be spared.My case arrived with a long scratch on the upper lid. TotallyGadgets were totally cooperative and efficient. They sent a prepaid postage label for returning, and advised me to get proof of posting. My only gripe was the necessity of going to the Post Office. The replacement arrived quickly and proved to be quite immaculate.Fitting was straightforward. The barely there clips click on easily. There is one longer clip at the top front which facilitates opening the Macbook.

This product fits like a glove, it's perfect and looks really good on the laptop. It does not spoil the look of the MacBook Air because it's clear, looks very stylish and not bulky at all. I don't understand the review that has marked product down due to it getting scratched and slipping around. Firstly......well the case is to protect the laptop so better the case gets scratch than the actual laptop. It really does not scratch that easily unless you are very careless with it. The laptop is quite solid and I found no issue with it slipping around, again with force and a slippery surface, I guess it will do. However I have had no issue with this. I wanted to make these points as these comments almost put me off buying it,

Paying all that money for a MacBook air, and you then surf the net for protection that is not going to break the bank. Strange how we all look for a cheep case or cover to put an expensive item into.This item won't break the bank and does the business. It fits like a glove and is so easy to put on. it clips on with ease. I was so nervous, worrying more about breaking the case than my air? The case keeps your precious MacBook safe. I have read that it marks easy, but what are you doing to mark it? It's protection for an item that costs an arm and a leg, I mean, do you really need to be told to be careful with your macbook? And does it matter if you scratch this case?

This is an original speck product in perfect packaging, it also arrived really quickly. If you're worried it won't fit your 2015 model then don't-its says it fits the 2015 on the box itself. It fits like a glove and will protect from minor scratches etc. Just be sure to take it off every month as dust underneath may scratch the MacBook.

Fits my new Macbook Air perfectly and looks the part too. If you are buying an expensive lap top then it pays to buy a decent cover for it and this one fits the bill nicely. You get what you pay for !

Arrived fast and I'm very happy with it. Fits lovely and easy to put on. It can be a bit tricky to take off but overall I'm pleased with it and does the job! It could have been cleaner though.

Great Case, however i understand its meant to stop scratching your Mac but the scratches on the case are visible and looks bad, apart from that good case.

Great case, fits very well and is protecting my macbook on a daily basis. I've used speck for a number of years and this case is like the others, great.

Nice fit, bought to protect decal - is doing that job well, and isn't particularly cumbersome. Seems pretty scratch resistant to date.

A nice tight fit that simply is not seen (being clear). I need a new one now having dropped the laptop!

Looks nice when it's out on but very difficult to remove if you need to clean any dust in between.
