I find my Sony RX100 II gets a lot of outings where my DSLR would be too cumbersome and attract too much attention. So it gets used a fair bit.Lens quality is excellent and the images from the 12 x 8 mm sensor are great. I find I do not miss not having an optical finder and use the handy flip up rear screen without problems. Controls are reasonably well set out. Zoom range is 29-100 which is reasonable for this size of camera,Video quality seems good to me too though I am not more a stills photographer.I find the menus a bit of a puzzle sometimes but that seems to be pretty standard for most cameras.

Very accurate metering and focussing. Very versatile. Compact!
